Analysis of Locating Industrial Towns in Bostanabad City Using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش،تحليلي بر مكان يابي شهرك هاي صنعتي شهرستان بستان آباد با استفاده از روش هاي تصميم گيري چند معياره مي باشد.روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و براي جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات از مطالعات اسنادي، كتابخانه اي، پرسش نامه و سازمان هاي ذيربط استفاده شده است، به اين منظور بعد از انتخاب معيارها و طبقه بندي آنها در چهار گروه، سوالات و پرسشنامه تدوين گرديد،در مرحله بعد با نظرخواهي از20نفر از كارشناسان پرسش نامه ها جمع آوري و مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. براي تلفيق معيارها و زيرمعيارها به منظور شناسايي و تعيين وزن آنها از مدلAHP در محيط نرم افزارExpert choice استفاده گرديده است، بعد با اعمال وزن ها به پهنه بندي اراضي شهرستان بستان آباد اقدام گرديده است، در ادامه با استفاده از مدلELECTRE پهنه هاي كاملاً مناسب بالاي پنجاه هكتار با توجه به 16معيار مهم دخيل در مكان يابي بهينه شهرك هاي صنعتي، مورد ارزيابي و رتبه بندي قرار گرفته و مناسب ترين مكان ها در راستاي ارزيابي مكان فعلي شهرك هاي صنعتي و مكان يابي مناسب آنها در شهرستان بستان آباد مورد شناسايي قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نتايجي كه از پر كردن پرسش نامه توسط كارشناسان بدست آمد، بيشترين ارزش به معيارهاي ژئومورفولوژي- زمين شناسي اختصاص يافته است.همچنين نتايج مقايسه پهنه هاي انتخاب شده با شهرك هاي صنعتي اجرا شده در شهرستان بستان آباد نشان دهنده اين است كه مكان يابي هيچ كدام از شهرك هاي صنعتي در شهرستان مورد مطالعه بر اساس اصول و ضوابط مكان يابي نبوده است.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the location of industrial towns in Bostanabad city using multi-criteria decision-making methods. The research method is descriptive-analytic and to collect data and information from documentary studies, library, questionnaire an‎d related organizations. For this purpose, after selecting the criteria and categorizing them in four groups, questions and questionnaires were prepared. In the next stage, with a survey of 20 experts and experts, questionnaires were collected and used. has taken. In order to identify the criteria and sub-criteria in order to identify and determine their weight, the AHP model was used in the Expert selection software. Then, applying the weights of the AHP model in the GIS environment, we applied the land zoning of Bostanabad province, using the model ELECTRE The most suitable areas of fifty hectares have been evaluated and ranked according to the 16 important criteria involved in the optimal location of industrial settlements, and the most suitable places to assess the current location of industrial settlements and their proper location in the city Bostanabad has been identified. According to the results obtained by the experts for filling the questionnaire, the highest value is assigned to the geomorphological-geological criteria. Also, the results of the comparison of the selected zones indicate that the location of any industrial city in the studied city Not based on principles and rules of location.
