چكيده فارسي :
گردشگري پزشكي به عنوان يك صنعت روبه رشد فرصت هايي براي كسب امتياز رقابتي براي سازمانهاي بهداشتي درماني در استان يزد فراهم كرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين توانمندي هاي بيمارستاني با توسعه گردشگري پزشكي در شهرستان يزد در سال1396 به انجام رسيد.
روش بررسي: پژوهش توصيفي-مقطعي حاضر در سال 1396 بر روي 150 نفر از پرستاران و پزشكان سه بيمارستان يزد انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه اي روا و پايا مشتمل بر دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافيك و پرسشنامه توانمندي هاي بيمارستاني در قالب 25 سوال بود. تحليل داده‌ها به كمك نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون آماري همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون خطي، تي مستقل و آنوا صورت پذيرفت.
يافته ها: بررسي نتايج حيطه ها در بررسي ميانگين و انحراف معيار نشان داد در بين 5 حيطه بالاترين و پايين ترين ميانگين و انحراف معيار مربوط به حيطه هاي هزينه خدمات (98/0±88/3) و تجهيزات (63/0±5/3) بود. همچنين بر اساس رگرسيون خطي چندگانه تجهيزات بيشترين تاثير را بر توسعه گردشگري پزشكي دارد (498/0= β ) و جهت اين تأثير، مثبت و معني دار بود.
نتيجه گيري: استان يزد از لحاظ پزشكي داراي پتانسيل هاي بسيار زيادي است، به همين دليل شرايط ويژه اي در راستاي توسعه گردشگري سلامت در اين استان وجود دارد. در نتيجه مي توان با انجام اقداماتي از جمله فراهم نمودن امكانات رفاهي براي بيماران و همراهان آنها، آموزش پرسنل بيمارستان، ايجاد برند براي استان در حوزه درمان، به ارتقاء كيفيت خدمات پزشكي در سطح بيمارستان‌هاي استان كمك نمود.

Introduction: Medical tourism, as a growing industry, has provided opportunities for gaining
competitive advantages for health care organizations in Yazd province. The purpose of this study
was to assess the relationship between hospital capabilities and medical tourism development in
Yazd city in 2018.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 nurses and doctors in Yazd
hospitals in 2018. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable 25-item questionnaire consisting
of the demographic and hospital capabilities questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using
SPSS by running Pearson correlation test, linear regression, independent t-test, and ANOVA.
: The results showed that the highest and lowest mean and standard deviations were related to the
cost of services (3.88 ± 0.98) and equipment (3.50±0.63), respectively. Moreover, according to the
multiple linear regression, equipment had the highest positive and significant impact on the
development of medical tourism (β = 0.498).
Conclusion: Yazd province is considered as a medical tourist attraction pole in south of Iran;
therefore, special conditions should be provided for the development of medical tourism in this
province. As a result, it is necessary to improve the quality of medical services at the provincial
hospitals by taking measures such as providing welfare facilities for patients and their entourage,
training the hospitals' personnel, establishing a brand for the province in the field of treatment
