چكيده فارسي :
استادمجدي؛ محله اي با پيشينه ي هسته ي مركزي شهر مهاباد به پردازد. نه بود مسيري مناسب براي حمل و نقل آسان در راستاي هواي سالم و پاك كه خود شاخصي مهم در امر توسعه ي پايدار مي باشد،در عين حال باوجورد درست بودن اين مطلب كه موقعيت محله در بافت هسته ي مركزي شهري است، كه خود يكي از مزيت هاي حاكم بر محله است، اما با وجود فاصله ي كم محله به نقاط مركزي شهر ولي نه بود پياده راه هاي مناسب و همچنين نه بود مسير امن براي دوچرخه متأسفانه با سير عظيمي از ماشين هاي شخصي مواجه هستيم. همچنين به دليل بافت و موقعيت محله از نظر اقتصادي نيز براي كثيري از ساكنين و از طرفي بافت ساختمان هاي نيمه كاره و فرسوده ي موجود هم مي تواند فرصت باشد هم متأسفانه داراي مشكل هايي است.كه البته تمامي مشكل ها و شرايط نامطلوب موجود ، با محوريت مديريت و برنامه ريزان خلاق قابل حل و رفع مي باشد. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده توصيفي، تحليلي بوده كه از طريق مطالعه هاي كتابخانه اي و پرسش نامه،اطلاعات جمع آوري شده و در نهايت با مدل SWOT اطلاعات تجزيه و تحليل و مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. با توجه به جمعيت ساكن در محله 700 نفر ، با لحاظ آمار نمونه اي ساكنين 300 پرسش نامه پخش شده و 246 عدد از پرسش نامه ها معادل 82% جمع آوري شده كه با استفاده از مدل SWOT تجزيه و تحليل آن بررسي شد و به نگارش در آمده است.
