ارزيابي جامعه روستايي از شاخص‌هاي كارآفريني و ارائه مدل تجربي تعيين‌كننده‌هاي آن با رويكرد معادلات ساختاري (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان بويراحمد)

در راستاي رفع مشكلات اقتصادي و اجتماعي روستاييان، برنامه­ريزي توسعه كارآفريني در ميان آن­ها يكي از مهم­ترين راهبردهايي است كه انديشمندان و محققان توسعه روستايي بر روي آن اتفاق نظر دارند. روستاييان ساكن در شهرستان بويراحمد از جمله ساكنان روستايي كشور هستند كه در حال حاضر به لحاظ شاخص­ هاي توسعه به ­ويژه در زمينه شاخص ­هاي اقتصادي در وضعيت نامناسبي قرار دارند. با توجه به توانمندي­ هاي بخش كارآفريني در توسعه جوامع محلي كه از آن به­ عنوان موتور توسعه اقتصادي ياد مي­ شود، محققان در پژوهش توصيفي ـ تحليلي حاضر برآنند ضمن ارزيابي برخورداري روستاييان شهرستان بويراحمد از شاخص­ هاي كارآفريني، عوامل موثر بر توسعه كارآفريني را شناسايي نموده و در يك قالب يك مدل تجربي، زمينه و بستر علمي لازم را جهت توسعه كارآفريني در محدوده مطالعاتي فراهم نمايند. جامعه آماري پژوهش را 26483 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار روستايي شهرستان بويراحمد تشكيل مي ­دهد و با توجه به محدوديت­ هاي زماني و مالي و عدم امكان سرشماري، 220 نفر از روستاييان به عنوان نمونه آماري در نظر گرفته شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد ميانگين نمره نهايي برخورداري روستاييان از شاخص ­هاي كارآفريني 2/8 بوده و پايين ­تر از حد متوسط ارزيابي شده است. دليل اصلي اين مهم را مي­ توان به وضعيت نامناسب شاخص هايي مانند نوآوري، دانش در زمينه فنون كار، خلاقيت و ريسك­ پذيري در محدوده مطالعاتي نسبت داد. نتايج مدل نهايي برازش شده معادلات ساختاري در خصوص عوامل موثر بر توسعه شاخص­ هاي كارآفريني در ميان روستاييان شهرستان بويراحمد نشان داد شش عامل شناسايي شده (عوامل اقتصادي، آموزشي، زيرساختي ـ حمايتي، منابع محيطي و ارتباطي)، با اثركل 0/667 در سطح اطمينان 99 درصد، اثر معناداري را بر توسعه شاخص­ هاي كارآفريني در ميان روستاييان شهرستان بويراحمد داشته ­اند.
