پيش‌بيني وضعيت مالي شركت‌ها با استفاده از تحليل محتواي گزارش‌هاي هيئت مديره

Predicting the Financial Status of Companies Using Content Analysis the Reports of the Board of Directors

نوسانات شديد اقتصادي و تبعات نامطلوب آن براي سرمايه­ گذاران نياز به الگوهاي پيش ­بيني وضعيت مالي شركت­ ها را بيش از پيش ضروري ساخته است. در اين راستا اين پژوهش قصد دارد با بررسي رابطه ميان نسبت ­هاي مالي و محتواي گزارش ­هاي هيئت ­مديره راهي جديد را براي پيش ­بيني وضعيت شركت بگشايد. بدين منظور فراواني كلمات و عبارات با بار معنايي مثبت و منفي با استفاده از الگوريتم استخراج كلمات، از متن گزارش ­هاي هيئت مديره 219 شركت غير درمانده مالي و 81 شركت درمانده مالي استخراج شد. نتايج تخمين رگرسيون نسبت كلمات مثبت و منفي بر شاخص­ هاي عملكرد مالي، نشان داد در شركت­ هايي كه از سلامت مالي برخوردارند كلمات منفي رابطه ­ي معناداري با معيارهاي عملكردي دارند. علاوه بر اين، در اين شركت ­ها مديران سعي در پنهان كردن بحران مالي خود ندارند. در مقابل، در رابطه با شركت­ هاي درمانده مالي، ارتباط معنا­داري ميان كلمات با شاخص ­هاي عملكرد اين شركت­ ها مشاهده نشد. به نظر مي ­رسد اين گروه از شركت­ ها با در ابهام قرار­دادن ذينفعان، سعي در جلوگيري از فروش سهام خود توسط سهامداران دارند.

In this regard, This research is intended by examining the relationship between financial ratios and the content of the board's reports open a new way to predict company status. For this purpose, were extracted frequency of words and phrases with positive and negative semantic load using the word extraction algorithm, From the text of the board's reports 219 non helpless companies and 81 helpless companies. Results of regression estimation positive and negative words ratio on financial performance indicators, shows in companies with financial health, negative words have a significant relationship with functional criteria. Evidence showed in these companies, managers are not trying to hide their financial crisis. The results for the helpless companies were different In general, there was no meaningful relationship between the words with the performance indicators of these companies. It looks like this group of companies by confusing the, they try to prevent to selling from their shares by stakeholders.
