تدوين مدل ساختاري استرس ناباروري بر اساس طرحواره هاي هيجاني، تعارض زوجين، شفقت بر خود با ميانجيگري حمايت اجتماعي

Structural Equation Modelling of Infertility Stress Based on Emotional schemas, Marital Conflict, Self-Compassion , Social support as a mediation

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي الگوهاي ساختاري بر اساس طرحواره هاي هيجاني، تعارض زوجين، شفقت بر خود با نقش حمايت اجتماعي به عنوان ميانجي، با استرس مرتبط با ناباروري در زنان نابارور شهر تهران انجام گرفت. روش كار: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع معادلات ساختاري و جامعه آماري شامل كليه زنان نابارور مي باشد. بدين منظور 200 زن با تشخيص ناباروري اوليه و ثانويه مراجعه كننده به مراكز ناباروري شهر تهران در بهار 97، به صورت نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شده و به پرسشنامه هاي استرس ناباروري نيوتن، طرحواره هيجاني ليهي، تعارض زناشويي كنزاس (KMCS) ، شفقت بر خود، حمايت اجتماعي (MOS) پاسخ دادند. براي مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري از نرم افزار Amoss 22 استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه متغيرهاي طرحواره اجتماعي همبستگي معني دار منفي با حمايت اجتماعي و همبستگي معني دار مثبت با استرس ناباروري، همچنين تعارض زناشويي همبستگي معني دار مثبت با حمايت اجتماعي و همبستگي معني دار منفي با استرس ناباروري دارد. متغيرهاي شفقت با خود و حمايت اجتماعي همبستگي معني دار با استرس ناباروري ندارد. حمايت اجتماعي ميانجيگري جزئي رابطه بين طرحواره هيجاني، شفقت با خود و تعارض زناشويي با استرس مرتبط با ناباروري بود. نتيجه گيري: براساس نتايج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، با توجه به اثر غيرمستقيم حمايت اجتماعي بر استرس ناباروري، پيشنهاد مي گردد، با افزايش حمايتهاي اجتماعي و افزايش آگاهي افراد، خانواده ها، تيم بهداشتي و درماني و همچنين سياست گذاران امر سلامت از اين مساله، در بهبود وضعيت نگراني و استرس اين زنان و از لحاظ حمايت رواني، اقتصادي و اجتماعي اقدام مناسب صورت پذيرد.

Introduction: The purpose this research was studying the structural equation model of infertility stress based on Emotional schemas, Marital conflict, Self-compassion with mediated role of Scocial support in Terhan city, Iran in 2018. Methods: The method was Structural Equation Modelling and the population comprised of all infertile women, 200 women with primary and secondary infertility diagnosis were selected from the infertility centers of Tehran city, in 2018, using the convenience sampling method. The participants were asked to complete the questionnaires including Fertility Problem Inventory, Leahy Emotional Schema (LessII), Kansas Marital Conflict Scale (KMCS), Self-compassion Scale, MOS-Social Support Survey(MOS), To analyze the data, the equation model of AMOS (22) was used. Results: The results revealed that emotional schemas had negative correlation with social support and positive correlation with infertility stress, so marital conflict positive correlation with social support and negative correlation with infertility stress. Self-compassion and social support has not significant correlation with infertility stress. Social support partially mediated the effect of emotional schemas, self-compassion, marital conflict on infertility stress. Conclusions: According to present study, considering indirect effects of social support on infertility stress, It is recommended that with increasing of social support, consciousness of individuals, families, medical and health teams and so strategist of health in relation with this issue will encourage them to take measures for improving the anxiety and stress of these women in fields of psychological, social and economical support.
