Relationship between Social Capital and Psychological Empowerment of Physical Education in Staff of Fars's Sports and Youth Department

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين ارتباط بين سرمايه اجتماعي و توانمند سازي روان شناختي كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان فارس بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان فارس به تعداد 114 نفر هستند كه تمامي آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع‌‌آوري داده‌‌ها از نمونه مورد مطالعه، از پرسشنامه سرمايه اجتماعي ناهايپت و گوشال (1998) و پرسشنامه توانمند سازي روانشناختي اسپريتزر (1995) استفاده شد. داده‌‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفتند. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه بين بعد اعتماد و توانمند سازي روانشناختي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (001/≤p). و همچنين بين بعد همدلي و توانمند سازي روانشناختي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (001/≤p). بر اساس ديگر نتايج ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي باعث توانمند‌‌سازي روانشناختي آزمودني ها مي شود يعني هرچه كاركنان از اعتماد و همدلي بالاتري برخوردار باشند توانمند‌‌تر خواهند بود.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and psychological empowerment of Fars's Sports and Youth Departments. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers Fars's Sports and Youth Departments. (totally 114 people). A sample of 87 students was selected through random sampling as a sample for data collection. The sample was a social capital questionnaire (1998) and Nejatpath and Ghasal (1998) and Spreader's Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression .The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of trust and psychological empowerment (p≤0.001). There is also a significant relationship between empathy dimension and psychological empowerment (p≤0.001). According to other results, the dimensions of social capital contribute to the psychological empowerment of physical education teachers, that is, physical education teachers have greater empathy and empowerment in sport.
