بررسي مناطق ژئوپليتيكي شهر تهران بر اساس شاخص توسعه يافتگي (مطالعه موردي : منطقه ژئوپليتيكي شمال-مركز)

Geopolitical Regions of Tehran Based on the Development Index (Case Study: North-Center Geopolitical Area

پايتخت سياسي، پايتخت هاي ملي بزرگترين مركز تجمع قدرت سياسي، در كشور و مكاني براي حكمرانان ملي و اجرايي كشور هستند. با اين حال با توجه به ساز و كارهاي هماهنگي كه از طرف دولت هر كشور به كار گرفته مي شود، معمولا عوامل تاثيرگذار در گزينش مكان پايتخت، به جاي آنكه اقتصادي باشند، سياسي يا استراتژيك اند. شهر تهران براساس سطح توسعه يافتگي و تلفيق هفت معيار به 4 سطح توسعه يافتگي تقسيم شده است. بر اين اساس شهر تهران را به 4 منطقه ژئوپليتيكي تقسيم نمودم كه تاكيد نگارندگان در اين مقاله بر روي منطقه ژئوپليتيكي شمال-مركز (1-3-6) مي باشد كه جايگاه استراتژيكي در شهر تهران به عهده دارد و با پيشرفت اين منطقه از ايعاد اقتصادي و اجتماعي و زيست محيطي تمامي مناطق شهر تهران پيشرفت خواهند كرد، زيرا، شهر يك سيستم است آن هم از نوع سيستم باز كه با پيشرفت هر يك از مناطق ژئوپليتيكي باعث پيشرفت ساير مناطق و انتشار آن نيزخواهد شد و در نهايت باعث پيشرفت و دست يابي كشور به قدرت سياسي كه همان جوهره ژئوپليتيك است، دست پيدا خواهد كرد. عامل اساسي در پيشرفت مناطق ژئوپليتيكي تاكيد بر كاركرد اصلي مناطق و رقابت هرچه بيشتر اين مناطق، كه با رقابت مناطق هريك از مناطق سعي در بهترين بودن خواهند كرد، در نتيجه شهر استراتژيك تهران به يكي از بهترين پايتخت هاي جنوب غرب آسيا تبديل و در نهايت باعث قدرت بيشتر اقتصادي در سطح ملي خواهد شد.

The emphasis in this paper is on the geopolitical area of the north-center (1-3-6), which has a strategic position in Tehran, and as the region progresses, the economic, social and environmental development of all areas of Tehran will progress. Because the city is a system, it is an open system, which, with the advancement of each geopolitical region, will further the development of other regions and distribute it, it will ultimately lead to progressand achievement of the country in the political power that is the geopolitical essence. The main factor in the development of geopolitical areas is the emphasis on the main function of the regions and the more competition of these regions, which will compete in the regions of each area trying to be the best, as a result of Tehran's strategic city has become one of the best capitals in Southwest Asia and eventually triggered More economic power will be nationalized
