تبيين تجربة متخصصين تعليم و تربيت و مدرسان زبان انگليسي براي آموزش زبان انگليسي در دورة اول متوسطه

Explaining the Experience of Education and Training and English Language Education Specialists for teaching English in the first grade of high school

هدف از پژوهش حاضر،تبيين تجربه متخصصين تعليم و تربيت و آموزش زبان انگليسي براي آموزش زبان انگليسي در دوره اول متوسطه است. مطالعه كيفي حاضر با رويكرد پديدارشناسي در پاييز 1397 بر روي 21 متخصص تعليم و تربيت و آموزش زبان انگليسي به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و تا اشباع داده‌ها انجام شد. اين مطالعه با رعايت محرمانه بودن اطلاعات و امكان ترك مطالعه در هر زمان كه مايل بودند، ادامه يافت. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته انجام گرفت. نحوة تجزيه‌وتحليل يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش بر اساس سه كدگذاري «باز»، «محوري» و «انتخابي» انجام شد. داده‌هاي مصاحبه چندين بار به صورت فعال و تعاملي خوانده شد و سپس به صورت باز كدگذاري شد. پس از كدگذاري باز، داده‌هاي حاصل از آن بر اساس محورهاي مشتركي كه ميان آنها بروز يافته است در كنار هم قرار گرفت و فراواني آنها شد. سپس كدهاي محوري بر اساس همانندي و ناهمانندي‌هايي كه با يكديگر داشتند در تم‌هايي گنجانده شد. فراواني و درصد هر يك از كدهاي محوري محاسبه شد. با تحليل و ادغام مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي، 2 مؤلفه اصلي شناسايي و با تحليل مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي، 28 مؤلفة فرعي استخراج گرديد. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه از ميان مؤلفه‌هاي فرعي به‌دست‌آمده از تحليل پاسخ‌هاي متخصصين تعليم و تربيت و آموزش زبان انگليسي، مهم‌ترين روش براي آموزش زبان انگليسي، ارتقا انگيزة زبان‌آموزان از طرق مختلف براي يادگيري زبان انگليسي توسط معلم در كلاس درس در دورة اول متوسطه است

The purpose of the present study is to explain the experience of English language education and training specialists in teaching English in the first secondary school. The present qualitative study was carried out with a phenomenological approach in the fall of 2018 on 21 English language teaching and training specialists through purposeful sampling and data saturation. This study continued with the confidentiality of the information and the possibility to leave the study at any time. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The method of analyzing the findings of this study was based on three codings: "open", "axial" and "selective". Interview data was read several times in an active and interactive way and then coded openly. After the open coding, the data came together based on the common axes that emerged between them and their abundance. Axial codes were then incorporated into themes based on similarities and inconsistencies. Frequency and percentage of each axial code were calculated. By analyzing and integrating the principal components, two principal components were identified and 28 sub-components were extracted by principal component analysis. The results show that among the sub-components derived from the analysis of the responses of English language education and training specialists, the most important method for teaching English is to enhance the motivation of learners to learn English through different ways by teacher in the first grade of high school.
