همبستگي تمايزيافتگي خود و نوروزگرايي با طلاق عاطفي در دانشجويان متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد آزادشهر

Correlation between Self-differentiation and Neuroticism with Emotional Divorce in married Students of Azad Shahr Azad University

مقدمه: طلاق عاطفي مهم‌ترين عامل تزلزل خانواده و موجب شكاف عاطفي خانواده مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين همبستگي بين تمايزيافتگي و نوروزگرايي با طلاق عاطفي در دانشجويان متأهل شهر آزادشهر در سال 1396 انجام گرفت. روش كار: در اين پژوهش توصيفي - همبستگي، 278 دانشجو به روش نمونه گيري در دسترس، به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده‌ها نيز از "سياهه خود تمايزيافتگي اسكورن و فريدلندر" (Skowron & Friedlander The Differentiation of Self Inventory)، "سياهه پنج عاملي شخصيت نئو" (NEO Five-Factor Personality Inventory) و همچنين "پرسشنامه طلاق عاطفي گاتمن" (Gottman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire) كه روايي و پايايي آن در مطالعات قبلي مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است، استفاده شد. پس از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پي اس اس نسخه 19 تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: ميانگين نمره متغيرهاي خود تمايزيافتگي، نوروزگرايي و طلاق عاطفي، به ترتيب، 10/76±105، 1/25±16/24 و 5/21±8/58 به دست آمد. همچنين نتايج آزمون همبستگي نيز نشان دادكه كه ميان خود تمايزيافتگي و طلاق عاطفي همبستگي منفي وجود داشت. از ميان ابعاد مختلف خودتمايز يافتگي، رابطه بين سه متغير "واكنش عاطفي"، "گسلش عاطفي" و "آميختگي با ديگران" با طلاق عاطفي مثبت بود. بعلاوه، همبستگي بين"موقعيت مواضع شخصي" با طلاق عاطفي، منفي بود. در نهايت نيز مشخص گرديد كه ميان نوروزگرايي و طلاق عاطفي رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود داشت. نتيجه گيري: با افزايش خود تمايز يافتگي و كاهش نوروزگرايي، ميزان طلاق عاطفي در زوجين كاهش مي‌يابد. همچنين ميانگين بالاي نمره كسب شده در طلاق عاطفي، علائم طلاق عاطفي در ميان پاسخگويان مشهود مي‌باشد. پيشنهاد مي‌گردد دوره‌هاي آموزشي در رابطه با صفات رواني مخرب نوروزگرايي و عواقب آن براي دانشجويان برگزار گردد.

Introduction: The emotional divorce is the most important factor in the family's frustration and causes the emotional gap of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between differentiation and neuroticism with emotional divorce in married students of Azad Shahr city in 1396. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 278 students were selected by sampling method. Data collected using the “Skowron & Friedlander Differentiation of Self Inventor”, the NEO Five-Factor Personality Inventory, and the “Gottman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire”, which the validity and reliability were confirmed in previous studies. After collecting the questionnaires, data were analyzed using SPSS.19. Results: The mean scores of self-differentiation, neuroticism and emotional divorce were 105±10.76, 16.24±1.25 and 8. 58±5.21, respectively. Also, the results of the correlation test showed that there was a negative correlation between self-differentiation and emotional divorce. Among the different dimensions of self-differentiation, the correlation between the three variables: "emotional response", "emotional fault" and "blending with others" was positive with emotional divorce. In addition, the correlation between "position of personal position" and emotional divorce was negative. Finally, it was also found that there was a positive and significant correlation between neuroticism and emotional divorce. Conclusions: By increasing self-differentiation and reducing neuroticism, the amount of emotional divorce in couples decreases. The average of the score obtained in emotional divorce is the signs of emotional divorce among respondents. It is suggested that training courses be conducted on the psycho-destructive effects of neuroticism and its consequences for students.
