پيش بيني بهزيستي روان شناختي و تاب آوري مادران داراي كودكان با اختلال طيف اوتيسم بر اساس انعطاف پذيري شناختي

Prediction of Psychological Well–Being and Resilience in Mothers of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on Cognitive Flexibility

زمينه و هدف مادران داراي كودكان بااختلال طيف اوتيسم به دليل مشكلات مواجه شده، نيازمند الگوهاي مقابله اي و حمايتي قوي هستند. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه انعطاف پذيري شناختي با بهزيستي روان شناختي و تاب آوري مادران داراي كودكان طيف اوتيسم شهر زنجان بود. روش بررسي پژوهش حاضر توصيفي تحليلي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را مادران داراي كودكان بااختلال طيف اوتيسم تشكيل دادند كه فرزندشان در مدارس ابتدايي استثنايي شهر زنجان در سال تحصيلي 98-1397مشغول به تحصيل بودند. با روش نمونه گيري دردسترس 180 مادر داراي اين فرزندان به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه انعطاف پذيري شناختي دنيس و وندرول و مقياس بهزيستي روان شناختي ريف و مقياس تاب آوري كانر و ديويدسون و نيز براي تحليل داده ها از همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند متغيره استفاده شد (0٫05=α). همچنين داده ها به كمك ويراست 21 نرم افزار SPSS تجزيه وتحليل شدند. يافته ها باتوجه به نتايج پژوهش، بين مولفه هاي انعطاف پذيري شناختي با بهزيستي روان شناختي مادران رابطه مثبت و معناداري به دست آمد (0٫001>p). نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون چندمتغيره براي پيش بيني بهزيستي روان شناختي مادران نشان داد از بين زيرمولفه هاي انعطاف پذيري شناختي، زيرمولفه ادراك توجيه رفتار و ادراك كنترل پذيري رابطه مثبت و معناداري با بهزيستي مادران داشته كه مولفه ادراك توجيه رفتار پيش بيني كننده مهم تر ي براي بهزيستي روان شناختي در اين مادران بود (0٫003=p). همچنين نتايج بين مولفه هاي انعطاف پذيري شناختي با تاب آوري مادران رابطه مثبت و معناداري را نشان داد (0٫001>p). نتيجه گيري با توجه به اهميت نقش انعطاف پذيري شناختي در پيش بيني بهزيستي روان شناختي و تاب آوري مادران داراي فرزندان طيف اوتيسم، توجه ويژه به مولفه هاي آن به متخصصان مربوط پيشنهاد مي شود.

Background & Objective: Mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) require strong coping and support patterns because of the problems they face. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cognitive flexibility and psychological well-being and resilience in mothers with ASD children in Zanjan. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was of correlational type. The statistical population of the study included all mothers of students with ASD at elementary schools for exceptional children in Zanjan in the academic year of 2018-19. A sample of 180 mothers with these children was selected through availability sampling. The data were collected using Dennis & Vander Wal’s Cognitive Flexibility Inventory, the Reef Psychological Well-being Scale and the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale. Pearson’s correlation and multivariate regression used for data analysis (α=0.05). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 21. Results: There was a positive and significant relationship between the components of cognitive flexibility and the psychological well-being of mothers (p<0.001). Among the subcomponents of cognitive flexibility, the subcomponents of perceived behavioral justification and controllability had a positive and significant relationship with the psychological well-being of mothers; the former subcomponent was the most important predictor (p=0.003). Moreover, there was a positive and significant relationship between cognitive flexibility components and maternal resilience (p<0.001). The results of simultaneous multivariate regression analysis conducted to predict maternal resilience showed a positive and significant relationship between the subcomponent of perceived behavioral justification and controllability; the latter subcomponent was the most important predictor of resilience in these mothers (p<0.001). Conclusion: Given the significance of the role of cognitive flexibility in predicting psychological well-being and resilience in mothers of children with ASD, emphasis must be laid on its components by relevant specialists in the field.
