ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺷﯿﺸﻪاي ﺑﺎاﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺻﻔﻬﺎن )ﺧﻮراﺳﮕﺎن( ﺑﻮد.ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ روش ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺻﻔﻬﺎن )ﺧﻮراﺳﮕﺎن( ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 110 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 75 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮ آورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي اﺳﭙﺮﯾﺘﺰر )1995( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺷﯿﺸﻪاي ﺑﻮد. رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/82، 0/84 ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺷﯿﺸﻪاي ﺑﺎ اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي آن اﺳﺘﻘﻼل، ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮدن و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﻓﺮدي از ﺳﻘﻒ ﺷﯿﺸﻪاي و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ از اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﻘﻼل، ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮدن و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد، راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﮑﻮس ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ از ﺳﻘﻒ ﺷﯿﺸﻪاي ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي كاركنان دارد
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between glass ceiling with a sense of empowerment of Azad University Branch female employees. The study conducted in correlational method. The study population consisted of all female employees at Azad University Branch, which includes 110 female individuals. Samples size based on Cochran formula were calculated 75 people, whom were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool for the empowerment of Spritzer (1995) and a questionnaire was made the glass ceiling. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient calculated 82.0, 84.0 in order. Analysis of data using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were conducted. The results showed that there was relationship between glass ceiling with a sense of Empowerment and its components, independence, effectiveness and trust. There was a significant inverse relationship between the individual components of the glass ceiling and the competence of the sense of empowerment, Family barriers with a sense of empowerment and competence, cultural barriers and component of trust, social barriers with a sense of empowerment and its components independence, efficiency, effectiveness and trust. The results of regression indicated that family barriers were predictability of a sense of empowerment of employees.
