Assessing the Quality of services provision in the system of Bus Rapid Transit from the viewpoint of citizens Case study: Rasht city

هدف اصلي از انجام اين پژوهش ارزيابي كيفيت خدمات­رساني سامانه اتوبوس‌هاي تندرو شهر رشت از ديدگاه شهروندان است. در اين راستا، روش پژوهش توصيفي ـ تحليلي است. در جهت رسيدن به هدف اصلي پژوهش پس از بررسي مباني نظري و تدوين مدل مفهومي تحقيق، شاخص­هاي مطلوبيت سيستم BRT شهر رشت شناسايي شد. در گام بعدي، پرسشنامه پژوهش براساس 17 شاخص اصلي طراحي و در ادامه با بهره­گيري از نظرات اساتيد دانشگاهي روايي پرسشنامه، مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. درمرحله بعد، تعداد 400 پرسشنامه در بين شهروندان شهر رشت در محدوده ايستگاه‌هاي BRT اين شهر توزيع و در نهايت 389 پرسشنامه كامل و بدون خطا جمع‌آوري گرديد. پس از جمع آوري پرسشنامه‌ها، اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون هاي آماري (آزمون تي تك نمونه اي، تحليل عاملي و آزمون وي كرامر) مورد تحليل و پردازش قرار گرفت. نتايج پژوهش براساس آزمون تي تك نمونه اي نشان داد كه كيفيت كلي ارائه خدمات در سامانه اتوبوس­راني تندرو شهر رشت پايين­تر از حد متوسط است. همچنين نتايج تحليل عاملي نشان داد كه مجموعه 17 شاخص مورد مطالعه را مي­توان در سه عامل (عوامل آسايش مسافران، عوامل مديريتي و امكانات داخل اتوبوس ها) خلاصه كرد. ديگر نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه متغيرهاي مستقل جنسيت افراد، سن افراد و سطح تحصيلات هر سه با سطح معني­داري صفر با متغير عوامل آسايش مسافران رابطه معنادار دارند. همچنين متغيرهاي تحصيلات و نوع شغل افراد به ترتيب با سطح معني داري صفر و 0/003 با متغير وابسته يعني عوامل مديريتي رابطه دارند. همچنين متغير امكانات داخل اتوبوس ها با متغيرهاي مستقل سن افراد و سطح تحصيلات رابطه معنادار دارد. تحليل فضايي دسترسي به خطوط حمل و نقل عمومي شهر رشت نيز نشان داد كه حدود 11 درصد از اين شهر، دسترسي كمتر از 500 متر به اين خطوط دارند. حدود 8 درصد نيز 500 تا 800 متر تا خطوط حمل و نقل عمومي تندرو فاصله دارند.

The main goal of this research is to measure the quality of services in the Rasht city BRT from the citizenchr('39')s point of view. In this regard, the research with respect to goal is practical and with respect to method is descriptive-analytical. A questionnaire technique was used to collect information. In this regard, 400 questionnaires were distributed, and in which 389 complete and error-free questionnaires were collected. After collecting questionnaires, the data were entered into SPSS software and analyzed by using statistical tests (one sample t test, factor analysis, and Cramerchr('39')s V test). The results of the survey showed that out of the 389 respondents, 178 people (45.8%) evaluated the overall quality and efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city at a moderate level and also 99 respondents (25.4%) evaluated the quality and efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city at a desirable level. The average quality and overall efficiency score of the BRT system in Rasht city has been 2.87 out of the citizenchr('39')s idea. The results of one-sample t-test indicate that there is a significant difference between the mean quality variable and overall efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city with the test statistic. Based on the results of factors analyzes, 17 studied indicators are summarized in three factors. Based on the extracted factors, the first factor has the greatest impact on health and safety. The second factor has been the load factor on bus working hours, waiting time, cost of payment, total number of buses and distance between bus stations indicators. Finally, the third factor has its impact on cleanliness of buses, cooling system, heating system and the number of seats on buses. Using v Kramer test showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the five independent variables age variables, type of occupation and personal car ownership with dependent variable (quality and overall efficiency of BRT system in Rasht).
