رضايت دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز از خدمات آموزشي و رفاهي دانشگاه (در سال تحصيلي 96-1395)

Satisfaction of Tabriz University Medical Sciences students from educational and welfare services of University (In the academic year of 2016-2017)

هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه رضايت دانشجويان از خدمات آموزشي، رفاهي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز در سال تحصيلي 1396-1395 مي­باشد. روش تحقيق، روش توصيفي از نوع پيمايش است و به لحاظ هدف، تحقيق كاربردي مي­باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش، دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز به تعداد 8602 نفر (3854 پسر و 4748 دختر) كه در 14 دانشكده در رشته­هاي مختلف مشغول به تحصيل بودند. حجم نمونه تحقيق نيز با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 384 نفر به دست آمد. ابزار اندازه­ گيري تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارزيابي رضايت دانشجويان از خدمات آموزشي، رفاهي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز مي­باشد كه اعتبار آن بر اساس اعتبار صوري به تاييد رسيد و ميزان پايايي ابزار با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 93/0 برآورد گرديد. براي آزمون فرضيه ­ها، پس از تست نرمال بودن توزيع متغيرها با استفاده از آزمون كولموگروف– اسميرنوف، آزمون تحليل واريانس يكطرفه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين رضايت از خدمات آموزشي براساس گروه سني و رشته تحصيلي دانشجويان تفاوت معني دار وجود دارد، ولي بين رضايت از خدمات رفاهي بر اساس گروه سني و رشته تحصيلي دانشجويان تفاوت معني داري وجود نداشت.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of Tabriz university medical sciences students from educational and welfare services in the academic year of 2016-2017. The method of research is descriptive and purpose of it is applied. The statistical population of the study was 8602 students (3854 male and 4748 female) in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences who were studying in 14 faculties in different majors. The sample size was 384 using Cochran’s formula. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed to assess the satisfaction of students from educational and welfare services of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences whose validity was confirmed on the basis of face validity and the reliability of the tool was 0.93, using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To test the hypotheses, after the normal distribution of variables test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), One-way variance analysis was used. The results revealed that, based on student's age and major of study there was a significant difference between satisfaction of educational services, but there was no significant difference between satisfaction of welfare services.
