تدوين سناريوهاي توسعۀ منطقۀ گردشگري استان گلستان، با رويكرد آينده‌‌پژوهي

گردشگري يكي از ابزارهاي مهم توسعه در جهان شناخته شده است. استان گلستان بنا بر دارا بودن منابع طبيعي،تاريخي و فرهنگي منطقه مستعد در توسعه صنعت گردشگري است و اين استان بايد در سياستها و برنامه هاي آينده خود، توجه خاصي به گردشگري به عنوان ابزاري مؤثر براي ادامة روند توسعة سياسي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي داشته باشد. بنابراين اين تحقيق به تدوين سناريوهاي توسعه منطقه گردشگري استان گلستان با رويكرد آينده پژوهي مي پردازد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از نظر روش، تركيبي از روشهاي اسنادي و پيمايشي است .جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه خبرگان و كارشناساني است كه در بخش گردشگري از دانش و تجربه كافي برخوردار مي باشند. روش نمونه‌گيري غير احتمالي به دو روش نمونه گيري قضاوتي و گلوله برفي است . ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات،پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با خبرگان بود. نتايج اين پژوهش براساس خروجي نرم افزار ميك مك نشان داد كه 8 عامل اصلي در توسعة گردشگري آيندة استان گلستان تأثيرگذار است. كه به ترتيب اين 8 عامل شامل مشاركت بخش خصوصي، فرهنگ پذيرش گردشگر، كارآفريني در بخش گردشگري، تاسيس مراكز خريد، امنيت گردشگران داخلي و خارجي، درآمد بخش گردشگري و تاسيسات زيربنايي دولت در صنعت گردشگري مي باشد. براساس دومعيار « شدت عدم قطعيت» و «ميزان اهميت» و از تركيب دو محور عدم قطعيت«كارآفريني بخش گردشگري » و «فرهنگ پذيرش گردشگر» چهار سناريو براي چهار آينده محتمل استان گلستان، شناسايي و تدوين شدند.

In terms of the purpose of this research, the method is a combination of documentary and scrolling methods. The statistical population of this research includes all experts.Which has enough knowledge and experience in the tourism sector. The non-probabilistic sampling method is using two methods for judging and snowball sampling. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and an interview with experts. The results of this study Based on the Mic-Mac software output showed that the eight main factors affecting the future development of the Golestan province are influential. According to these, eight factors include private sector participation, tourism acceptance culture, entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, establishment of shopping centers, security of domestic and foreign tourists, incomes of the tourism sector and infrastructure of the government in the tourism industry. four scenarios were identified and selected Based on the twofold uncertainty and importance, For the four likely future of Golestan province from the combination of two axes of uncertainty tourism entrepreneurship and tourism acceptance culture.
