تعيين تأثير پياده سازي و اجرا برنامه چك ليست حاصل از بازرسي هاي رسمي در شناسايي خطرات در يك صنعت خودروسازي

Impact of the implementation of the program checklists resulting from official inspections in identifying hazards in an automotive industry

امروزه، نگراني و مساله اصلي سازمان هاي مسئول در زمينه ي ايمني،شناسايي و حذف خطراتي است كه زندگي مردم را تهديد كرده و مي تواند باعث ايجاد صدمه شود، ﺷﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺘﻮان ﺑﺎاﺣﺘﻴﺎط ﮔﻔﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻣـﺮوزه ﺣﺘـﻲ درﻛﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺣﻮادث زﻳﺎدي رخ ﻣﻲدﻫﻨـﺪ.يك روش رايج تجزيه و تحليل ايمني و پيشگيري ازحوادث، بازرسي كردن مي­باشدكه هدف از اين مطالعه تعيين تاثير پياده سازي و اجرا برنامه چك ليست حاصل از بازرسي هاي رسمي در شناسايي خطرات در يك صنعت خودروسازي مي باشد. مواد و روش:براي جمع آوري داده ها از روش كتابخانه اي و پيمايش استفاده شد. كه در قسمت هاي نظري وتدوين پرسشنامه از روش كتابخانه اي ودر جمع آوري داده ها از روش پيمايش استفاده شد.در اين تحقيق به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آمارتوصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد.كه نمونه ها به همراه نمودارهاي فراواني بررسي شدند. و داده هاجهت آناليز و تحليل وارد نرم افزار stata شدند. يافته ها:دراين مطالعه 716آيتم چك ليست مشخص شده، 459(0/64درصد) خطر قبل و 579 (0/81 درصد)خطربعد از استفاده چك ليست تشخيص داده شد.و تفاوت معناداري بين اين دو نسبت وجود داشت.كه به بيان ديگر اجراي چك ليست در شناسايي خطرات موثر است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻛﻪ در شركت مورد مطالعه ،چك ليست نقش اساسي در شناسايي خطرات نداشت و به صورت مدون از چك ليست استفاده نمي ­شد،بهتر است در بازرسي­ها از چك ليست بهره گرفت.بر اساس نتايج اين مطالعه نتيجه­ گيري مي­ شود كه بازرسي به كمك چك ليست مي­تواند تاثير چشمگيري در شناسايي خطرات داشته باشد

Introduction: Nowdays, the main concern of the responsible organizations in the field of safety is identifying and eliminating the dangers that threaten people`s lives and may cause damage. Perhaps it can be said with caution that today there are so many incidents in the industrialized countries. A common approach to safety analysis and accident prevention is inspection. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the implementation of the schedule of checklist resulting from official inspections in identifying hazards in an automotive industry. Materials and Methods: The library and survey methods were used to collect data. In the theoretical sections, and questionnaire development a library method and for data collection a survey method was used. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The samples were reviewed along with numerous charts. Data were entered into the stata software for analysis. Results: In this study, 716 checklist items were identified, 459 (64%) risks were identified before and 579 (81%) risks after using the checklist. There was a significant difference between two ratios. In other words, the implementation of the checklist was effective in identifying the risks. Conclusion: Regarding the fact that in the studied company, the checklist did not play a major role in hazard identification and was not routinely used. It`s better to use checklists in inspections. Based on the results of these study, it can be concluded that checklist inspections can have a significant impact on the identification of hazards.
