چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎي ﻗﻠﺒﯽ، ﺑﻪدﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺰﻣﻦ ﺑﻮدن، اﻏﻠﺐ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي روزﻣﺮة ﻓﺮد را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ و ﻋﻠﺖ اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﺮگوﻣﯿﺮ در ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢﮐﻨﻨﺪة آﭘﻮﭘﺘﻮز ﭘﺲ از ﯾﮏ دوره ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه در ﺳﺮم ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﻧﻔﺎرﮐﺘﻮس ﻗﻠﺒﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 20 ﺳﺮ ﻣﻮش ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﻧﮋاد وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺪودة ﺳﻨﯽ8-10 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزن 230±30 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﻧﻔﺎرﮐﺘﻮس )Sed.MI( و ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﻧﻔﺎرﮐﺘﻮس )Ex.MI( ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻟﻘﺎي اﻧﻔﺎرﮐﺘﻮس ﻗﻠﺒﯽ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ داﺧﻞﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ اﯾﺰوﭘﺮوﺗﺮﻧﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﮥ 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ و ﺑﺎ دوز 150 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم، ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه را روي ﻧﻮار ﮔﺮدان اﺟﺮا ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺧﻮنﮔﯿﺮي در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﯾﮑﺴﺎن و در ﭘﯽ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﮥ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و از روش اﻻﯾﺰا ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-8، ﺳﯿﺘﻮﮐﺮوم-C و ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-3 از روش آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﮥ ﮔﺮاف ﭘﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺳﻄﻮح ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-8، ﺳﯿﺘﻮﮐﺮوم-C و ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-3 در ﮔﺮوه Ex.MI ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮاﺗﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه Sed.MI داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات در ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-3 )0/65=P( و ﺳﯿﺘﻮﮐﺮوم-P=0/25) C( ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه Sed.MI و Ex.MI ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻧﺒﻮد؛ اﻣﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات در ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﮐﺎﺳﭙﺎز-8 ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري را ﻧﺸﺎن داد )0/04=P(. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ ﺑﻪﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻏﯿﺮداروﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه ﻧﻤﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﯿﺰان آﭘﻮﭘﺘﻮز را در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﻧﻔﺎرﮐﺘﻮس ﻗﻠﺒﯽ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Cardiovascular disease, due to its chronicity, often affects everyday activities of the individual and is the leading cause of death in the world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of increasing endurance training on adjustment indicators Apoptosis is indicated in samples of patients with myocardial infarction.
Methodology: In this study, 20 Wistar rats aged 8-10 weeks with a mean weight of 230±30 for two groups of infarction control (Sed.MI) and infarction (Ex.MI). After induction of experimental myocardial infarction with two intraperitoneal isoproterenol injections at a dose of 150 mg/kg for 24 hours, the exercise group performed an endurance training protocol on the treadmill for eight weeks. Applying in the same conditions followed at least 24 hours after the last training session. To examine the significant changes in the levels of Caspase-3, Caspase-8 and Cytochrome-C, independent t-test was used in Graph Pad program.
Results: The results showed that serum levels of Caspase-8, cytochrome-C and Caspase 3 in Ex.MI group were higher than that of Sed.MI group. This increase was not significant in the cases of Caspase-3(p=0.65) and cytochrome-c (p=0.25) between Sed.MI and Ex.MI. But increase in caspase-8 values showed significant differences (p=0.04).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it seems that application of non-pharmacological strategies such as incremental endurance training cannot improve apoptosis rate in samples with myocardial infarction.
