در گفتمان مديريت سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران قوميت از محتواي نژادي و جغرافيايي تا حدودي فاصله گرفته و ارزش‌هاي ديگري معيار مديريت كلان و خرد مسئله قوميت قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از تحليل و بررسي تحولات مفهومي ادبيات قوميت در گفتمان مديريت سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه ادبيات قوميت در گفتمان مديريت سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران داراي چه تحولات مفهومي بوده است؟ در اين مقاله از رويكرد روش‌شناختي كيفي و روش نظريه زمينه‌اي جهت تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. در اين روش به مانند همه روش‌هاي كيفي از راهبرد نمونه‌گيري هدفمند استفاده مي‌شود. قدرت نمونه‌گيري هدفمند در انتخاب نمونه‌اي غني از لحاظ اطلاعات براي مطالعه عميق است. در تحقيق حاضر از دو شيوه نمونه‌گيري نظري و نمونه‌گيري با حداكثر تنوع كه هر دو از جمله شيوه‌هاي نمونه‌گيري هدفمند مي‌باشند استفاده شده است. با توجه به معيار اشباع نظري، تعداد مصاحبه­شوندگان در اين تحقيق در مجموع 31 نفر شد كه شامل 15 نفر كُرد سني و 16 نفر كُرد شيعه بودند. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه در ادبيات سياسي ايران بعد از انقلاب اسلامي قوميت‌گرايي نژادي و جغرافيايي جاي خود را به امت گرايي اسلامي – ايراني داده است و مطالبات قومي نيز در صورتي كه در اين چارچوب باشد در گفتمان مديريت چاره‌جويي مي‌شود و در غير اين صورت نوعي سهم خواهي تلقي خواهد شد.

In the discourse of political management of the Islamic Republic of Iran, ethnicity is somewhat distanced from racial and geographical content, and other values have been the criterion of macro and micro management of the issue of ethnicity.The main purpose of this article is to analyze and analyze the conceptual developments of the ethnic literature in the discourse of political management of the Islamic Republic of Iran.The main question of the paper is that wthnic Literature What have been the conceptual developments in the political management discourse of the Islamic Republic of Iran?This paper uses qualitative methodological approach and grounded theory method for data analysis.This method, like all qualitative methods, uses a targeted sampling strategy. The power of purposeful sampling is rich in information selection for in-depth study.In the present study, two methods of theoretical sampling and maximum diversity sampling were usedBoth of which are targeted sampling techniques.According to the theoretical saturation criterion, the total number of interviewees in this study was 31, including 15 Sunni and 16 Shiite Kurds.The results of the paper show thatIn the Iranian political literature after the Islamic Revolution, racial and geographical ethnicism has given way to Islamic-Iranian nationalism.And ethnic demands, if that is the caseIn management discourse, there will be a solution, otherwise it will be considered a shareholder.
