Explore the barriers to economic performance in sports development

امروزه به واسطه تأثير عوامل متعددي از قبيل محدوديت هاي نرخ ارز و ساير موانع ساختاري كشور و عدم انطباق آن با ساختارهاي حاكم بر دنيا در حوزه هاي مختلف، كشور با مشكلاتي روبروست. درك اين محدوديت هاست كه اهميت اجراي سياست هاي كلي اقتصاد مقاومتي را روشن مي كند. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، كاوش موانع اجرايي اقتصاد مقاومتي در توسعه ورزش از ديدگاه متخصصان ورزش بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه متخصصين داراي سابقه تدريس دانشگاهي و حوزه اقتصاد ورزش، متخصصين و مسئولين ورزش در سراسر كشور كه تعداد آنها شامل 160 نفر بود. درنهايت تعداد پرسشنامه هاي برگشت داده شده غير مخدوش 143 عدد بود. روش نمونه گيري در اين پژوهش هدفمند بود و ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي (مبتني بر عوامل شناسايي شده بخش كيفي) استفاده شد. روايي پرسشنامه به صورت صوري و محتوا، توسط 10 نفر از متخصصين مديريت ورزشي تأييد گرديد. ضريب پايايي با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ %89 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي تحقيق از نرم افزار آماري 20 SPSS و در سطح معناداري P< 05%0 و نرم افزار AMOS استفاده شد. در سطح آمار توصيفي از ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد و در آمار استنباطي از مقدار شاخص KMO و آزمون بارتلت و جهت تفسير بارهاي عاملي گويه ها از ماتريس همبستگي استفاده شد. يافته هاي حاصل از مدل معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه در بين موانع اجرايي اقتصاد مقاومتي بعد "ضعف عوامل حقوقي و قانوني " (%84) بيشترين تأثير را دارد و همچنين "بي توجهي به اسناد بالادستي" (%58) داراي كمترين تأثير بود. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق پيشنهاد مي گردد كه مراجع قانون گذار با وضع قوانين و مقررات به پياده سازي اقتصاد مقاومتي در ورزش كمك نمانيد.

The purpose of this study is to explore barriers to resistance economic in sport development from sports professionals' view point. The study population included 160 professionals and experts and sports officials across the country who have a resume of university teaching or experience in sport economy. Finally, the number of not distorted returned questionnaires was 143. The sampling method was purposeful in this research. the research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire (based on the identified factors of the qualitative section). The validity of the questionnaire is formal and content reliability was confirmed by 10 sport management experts by reliability coefficient was Cronbach’s alpha 89%. To analyze the research data SPSS 20 software in significance level (0% 05˃ p) and AMOS software were used. The descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics after analyzing data distribution and KMO and Bartlett’s test and to interpret the factor loads of the items the correlation matrix was used. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the challenges and barriers to implementation resistance economy the factor of "weakness of legal and legal factors" (84%). It has the greatest impact and "disregard of documents upstream" (58%) have the least impact. According to the results of the research, it is suggested that the legislator's authorities do not help with the implementation of the rules of the law and the implementation of the resistance economy in sport.
