تحليل و بررسي نقش نواحي پيراموني در سازماندهي سياسي فضايي پايدار شهرهاي ايران؛ مطالعه موردي كلان شهر تهران

Analyzing the Role of Peripheral Areas in Sustainable Spatial Political Organization of Iranian Cities; A Case Study of Tehran Metropolis

در آمايش سرزمين، موضوع فضا و تحليل قانونمندي‌هاي حاكم بر شكل‌گيري آن، كليدي‌ترين نقش را در برنامه‌ريزي دارد. به‌ طور كلي در مورد فضا برداشت‌ها و تعابير مختلفي وجود دارد، اما در مجموع مي‌توان گفت فضا دربرگيرنده روابط متقابل اقتصادي اجتماعي بخشي از جامعه در محيط مشخصي از سرزمين است و سازمان فضايي تبيين روابط بين انسان و فضا و فعاليت‌هاي انسان در فضا است. هدف اين مقاله تحليل و بررسي نقش نواحي پيراموني در سازمان‌دهي سياسي فضايي پايدار كلان‌شهر تهران است. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه نقش نواحي پيراموني در سازمان‌دهي سياسي فضايي پايدار شهرهاي ايران با تأكيد بر كلان‌شهر تهران چگونه است؟ فرضيه پژوهش براي پاسخگويي به سؤال اصلي اين است كه سازمان فضايي نواحي پيراموني كلان‌شهر تهران از نظر سيماي كلي و چگونگي پراكنش و اسكان جمعيت و توزيع استقرار و ساختار اقتصادي ‌ـ ‌اجتماعي و كنش‌هاي متقابل بين آن‌ها به دليل ناپايداري سازمان‌دهي سياسي فضايي پايدار كلان‌شهر تهران را با چالش مواجهه كرده است. روش انجام اين مقاله توصيفي- تحليلي است كه در آن سعي خواهد شد با استفاده از آمارهاي رسمي و منابع علمي موجود به تحليل موضوع پژوهش پرداخته شود. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه با شناخت روند سازمان‌يابي فضا در نواحي پيراموني مي‌توان دريافت كه تحولات كلان‌شهرها به چه سمت و سويي گرايش دارد و در نتيجه در توافق با استراتژي توسعه آن شهر هست يا نه. همچنين مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه در برنامه‌ريزي فضاي كلان‌شهرها، كدام روندها را بايد تقويت يا تضعيف كرد يا به وجود آورد.

There are generally different interpretations and interpretations of space, but overall it can be said that space encompasses socio-economic interrelations of a part of society in a given environment of the land. and the spatial organization is the explanation of the relationship between man and space and human activities in space. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of peripheral areas in the sustainable spatial political organization of Tehran metropolis. The main question is what is the role of peripheral areas in sustainable spatial political organization of Iranian cities with emphasis on Tehran metropolis? The research hypothesis to answer the main question is that Spatial Organization of Suburbs of Tehran metropolis in terms of the general picture and how the population is distributed and settled and the distribution of social-economic establishment and the interactions between them due to the instability of the stable spatial political organization, the metropolis of Tehran has been challenged. The method of this paper is descriptive-analysis where will try analyze the research topic using official statistics and available scientific resources. The results of the paper show that Understanding the process of organizing space in the peripheral areas can be seen that in what direction do the metropolitan developments take place? and so it is in line with the city's development strategy. It can also be concluded which trends in metropolitan space planning need to be strengthened or weakened or created
