Explaining the Risk Estimation Pattern of Managers Tasks Based on APMBOK Risk Management Cycle: A Case Study of Student Sports Managers of Payame Noor University

هدف اين تحقيق تبيين الگوي تخمين ريسك‌هاي موجود در وظايف مديران بر اساس چرخه مديريت خطر پذيري APMBOK بود. پژوهش حاضراز نظر هدف كاربردي و شيوه گردآوري آن توصيفي،پيمايشي است.جامعه آماري آن شامل مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور است كه نمونه آماري آن براساس روش تمام شمارو به تعداد 31 نفر مي باشد. براي شناسايي عوامل موثر بر مديريت ريسك پرسشنامه اي 33 سوالي طراحي شد كه روايي آن به تاييد خبرگان رسيد و پايايي آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ (0/97) تاييد شد. روش هاي آماري مورد استفاده دراين تحقيق آزمون t تست تك نمونه‌اي، رتبه‌بندي فريدمن و و مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري (PLS) است. نتايج نشان داد: از ديدگاه جامعه مورد بررسي ريسك‌هاي ساختاري، فراغتي و فوق برنامه ، ورزش قهرماني، لوازم و تجهيزات ورزشي، پزشكي و درماني به عنوان عوامل كليدي موفقيت در مديريت ريسك محسوب مي‌شوند و عوامل امنيتي و حقوقي نيز فاقد تأثير لازم هستند. با توجه آماره آزمون كاي اسكوئر (52/155) و سطح معني داري (0/000) نيز مديريت صحيح فعاليت‌هاي فراغتي و فوق برنامه در تخمين خطرهاي مؤثر در اولويت بالاتري قرار دارد. الگوي تدوين شده در اين پژوهش مي تواند درحفظ منابع مالي، انساني و سازماني ورزش دانشگاهي و كاهش عواقب قانوني ناشي از اجراي مديريت ريسك موثر باشد.

The aim of this study was to explain the pattern of risk assessment in managers' tasks based on the APMBOK risk management cycle. The present study is a survey in terms of its practical purpose and method of collection. Its statistical population includes the managers of physical education of Payame Noor University, the statistical sample of which is 31 people based on your method. To identify the factors influencing the risk management of the questionnaire, 33 questions were designed, the validity of which was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (0/97). The statistical methods used in this study are t-test of single sample, Friedman ranking and structural equation modeling (PLS). The results showed that from the community's point of view, structural, leisure and extra-curricular risks, championship sports, sports equipment, medical and therapeutic equipment are considered as key factors in success in risk management and security and legal factors are not affected. According to the statistical test of Kai Square (52/155) and the level of significance (0/000), the correct management of leisure and extracurricular activities, as the most important factor, is a higher priority in estimating effective risks. Therefore, the model developed in this study can be effective in maintaining the financial, human and organizational resources of academic sports and reducing the legal consequences of risk management implementation.
