بررسي سهم و نقش نيروي كار از توليد و اثر آن بر رشد اقتصادي بخش حمل و نقل جاده‌اي كشور

Investigating the Role of Labor in Production and Its Effect on Economic Growth of Iran's Road Transport Sector

حمل­ و نقل جاده ­اي به عنوان يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رونق اقتصادي، از طريق جابجايي بار و مسافر، زمينه ­هاي امكان دسترسي به رفاه و تسهيلات ملي را افزايش مي­دهد. بنابراين، توجه به بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده ­اي كشور و شناخت وضعيت آن به لحاظ كمي و كيفي، در تصميم­ گيري­ ها و برنامه ­ريزي ها در سطوح مختلف كلان و خرد، اهميت به سزايي دارد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه ميان نيروي كار و رشد اقتصادي در بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده ­اي و برآورد تابع توليد در بخش حمل ­و نقل جاده ­اي كشور با استفاده از تابع توليد ترانسلوگ طي دوره زماني 94-1353 مي ­باشد. نتايج نشان مي ­دهد كه اگر نهاده موجودي سرمايه يك درصد افزايش يابد، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل و نقل جاده اي به ميزان 0/17 درصد افزايش خواهد يافت. كشش جزئي نهاده نيروي كار0/54­ مي­ باشد كه نشان مي ­دهد كه افزايش يك درصدي در نيروي كار بخش حمل و نقل جاده ­اي، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل و نقل جاده ­اي به ميزان 0/54 درصد رشد خواهد نمود. يكي ديگر از متغيرهاي اثرگذار بر عوامل توليد در بخش حمل و نقل جاده ­اي انرژي مي­ باشد كه اثر مثبتي دارد و ميزان اثرگذاري آن 0/22 بوده كه حاكي از آن است كه افزايش يك درصدي در مصرف انرژي اين بخش، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل و نقل جاده اي 0/22درصد رشد خواهد كرد.

Therefore, the transitional capital of the department of road transport and the changes is important in this section and Understanding of the quantitative and qualitative, decision-making and planning in the road transport sector in the macro and micro levels, is important. The objective of this paper is Estimate of production function in the Iran's road transport sector using Translog production function during years of 1974-2011. The results show that if a percent Capital stock Increase, the value added of road transport will grow 0.17 percent. Partial elasticity of Labor is 0.54 that show increasing a percent in labor of road transport increased value added of road transport to 0.54. Another effective variables on factors of production in the Iran's road transport sector is energy consumption that has a positive impact and the effect is 0.22 that Show increasing a percent in energy consumption of this sector, increased value added of road transport to 0.22.
