Functions of the Islamic World Mobilization in the Islamic Civilization

وجود ظرفيت هاي گوناگون در جهان اسلام و لزوم همگرا ساختن آنها در قالب بسيج منابع مادي و معنوي در راستاي ارايه يك گفتمان الهي در پاسخ به سيطره تمدني غرب، از جمله عوامل مؤثر در نيل به سمت تمدن نوين اسلامي است. جهت رسيدن بدين مهم، تبيين علمي و تحقق عيني كاركردهاي رفتاري بسيج جهان اسلام در تمدن سازي اسلامي ضروري بوده كه در اين تحقيق با رويكرد اكتشافي و روش آميخته ضمن بررسي ادبيات نظري، در بخش كيفي با روش تحليل محتوا و انجام مصاحبه با 12 تن از خبرگان، ضمن تعيين ابعاد سه ساحتي تمدن سازي اسلامي بر اساس مدل سه شاخگي در سه سطح؛ زمينه اي(محتوايي)، ساختاري و رفتاري، به بررسي كاركردهاي بسيج جهان اسلام در بُعد رفتاري تمدن سازي اسلامي، پرداخته شد. چنانچه در كاركردهاي رفتاري بسيج جهان اسلام، مجموعه اي از شيوه ها، رويه ها و جهت گيري هاي عملي در جهان اسلام براي تحقق اهداف تمدن سازي اسلامي در جامعه مد نظر است، اهم كاركردهاي رفتاري بسيج جهان اسلام جهت نيل به سمت تمدن سازي اسلامي، احصاء و به ترتيب اولويت اقدام، از طريق تهيه پرسشنامه و پيمايش خبرگي ميان 50 نفر از جامعه آماري(با فرض N=n)، اعتبارسنجي، شده است.

The existence of various capacities in the Islamic world and the necessity for converting them into the mobilization of material and spiritual resources which are in line with the presence of a divine discourse in response to the West civilization's dominance are one of the effective factors in achieving a modern Islamic Civilization. To achieve the goal, scientific explanation and objective realization of the behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization in Islamic civilization are essential. So in this research the behavioral requirements of the mobilization of the Islamic world in the behavioral dimension of Islamic civilization have been studied through exploratory and mixed approach with reviewing theoretical literature, as well as the qualitative section which in it has been studied content analysis, and interview with 12 experts , and also through specifying dimensions of three- dimensional Islamic civilization in three levels: contextual (content based), structural and behavioral which is based on the three-branch model , and as in the behavioral requirements of mobilization of the Islamic world, a collection of techniques, procedures and practical orientations in the Islamic world are considered in the society to realize the goals of the Islamic civilization. The most important behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization for achieving the Islamic civilization with the prioritized performances have been obtained through the preparation of questionnaires, expertise scrutiny among 50 people from statistical community (assuming that N=n) and validity assessment in the quantitative section.
