تأثير قابليت هاي فناوري اطلاعات بر تشخيص فرصت كارآفريني در شركت‌هاي در حال رشد پارك علم و فناوري زاهدان

Impact of Information technology capabilities on identify entrepreneurial opportunities in Companies at Technology and Science Park in Zahedan

فرصت كارافرينانه شامل مجموعه‌اي از باورها و اقداماتي است كه خلق كالاها و خدمات را مقدور مي‌سازد. سازمان‌هايي كه فناوري اطلاعات و قابليت استفاده از آن را دارند، مي توانند اين فرصت ها را تشخيص داده و بهره برداري نمايند. فناوري از حياتي ترين اجزاي سازمان هاي تجاري و صنعتي محسوب مي شود و وجود يك سيستم كارامد فناوري اطلاعات زمينه ساز قابليت هاي فناوري اطلاعات است. شركت هاي فعال در پارك هاي علم و فناوري نيز كه در اقتصاد دانش بنيان امروز به عنصري مهم تبديل شده اند، مي بايست در تشخيص فرصت هاي كارآفريني فعالانه عمل كرده و از فرصت هاي موجود در محيط به مطلوب ترين شكل بهره برداري نمايند. از اين رو، پژوهش حاضر درصدد برآمد به بررسي تأثير قابليت هاي فناوري اطلاعات بر تشخيص فرصت كارآفريني به روش پيمايشي و مبتني بر مدل يابي ساختاري تفسيري در محيط نرم افزاري Smart-PLS بپردازد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را كليه كاركنان شركت هاي در مرحله رشد پارك علم و فناوري زاهدان تشكيل مي‌دهند كه مطابق جدول مورگان 130 نفر به عتوان نمونه به صورت تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسش نامه بود. پايايي پرسش نامه ها از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ و پايايي تركيبي، و روايي آن ها از طريق روايي واگرا و همگرا تأييد شد. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد قابليت هاي فناوري اطلاعات تأثير مثبت و معني داري به ميزان 0/472 بر تشخيص فرصت كارآفريني دارد. بنابراين شركت هاي مستقر در پارك علم و فناوري مي بايست به نقش قابليت هاي فناوري اطلاعات و ابعاد آن در تشخيص فرصت كارافريني توجه نمايند.

The existence of efficient information technology system is the basis of information technology capabilities. Companies active in science and technology parks, which have become an important element in today's knowledge economy, should be active in identifying entrepreneurial opportunities and taking advantage of the opportunities available in the environment to the most desirable Extract the existing form. Therefore, the present study attempts to investigate the effect of IT capabilities on the identification of entrepreneurship opportunities by survey method and based on interpretive structural modeling in the Smart-PLS software environment in growth companies in technology and science park in Zahedan. The statistical population of this research is all employees of companies in technology and science park in Zahedan.. According to Morgan table, 130 people were selected randomly. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability, and their validity was confirmed through convergent and divergent validity. The results of data analysis showed that IT capabilities have a positive and significant effect on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities by 0.472. Therefore, companies based in Science and Technology Park should pay attention to the role of information technology capabilities and its dimensions in identifying business opportunities
