بررسي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل موثر بر مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز در صنعت پتروشيمي با رويكرد ديمتل (مورد مطالعه پتروشيمي لرستان)

Investigating and Ranking the Effective Factors on Green Supply Chain Management in Petrochemical Industry with DEMATEL Approach (Study of Lorestan Petrochemicals)

هدف پژوهش: مديريت زنجيره تامين سبز تأثير شايان توجهي بر محيط‌زيست دارد كه اساس آن بر يكپارچگي مديريت محيط‌زيست و مديريت زنجيره تأمين براي كنترل آثار زيست‌محيطي در چرخه عمر محصول به وسيله تسهيم اطلاعات و هماهنگي و همكاري تمام زنجيره تأمين است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي و رتبه‌بندي ابعاد «مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز» در صنعت پتروشيمي، و همچنين شناسايي زير شاخص‌هاي اين ابعاد اصلي به عنوان اهداف فرعي پژوهش است. متدلوژي/روش‌شناسي: جهت تحقق اهداف و پاسخ به سؤال‌هاي پژوهش، اين پژوهش در دو گام انجام شده است. در گام اول با مطالعه متون علمي و كسب نظر خبرگان آشنا به مسائل زيست‌محيطي، مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز و صنعت پتروشيمي، شاخص‌هاي مؤثر بر مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز بر اساس ابعاد اصلي استخراج‌شده شناسايي و مبناي تهيه پرسشنامه اول قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوري و تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها و تعيين ميانگين جامعه و ميزان اهميت ابعاد و شاخص‌ها، 4 بُعد از ميان 5 بُعد و 11 شاخص از 22 شاخص انتخاب شد. در گام دوم از روش ديمتل به منظور تجزيه‌وتحليل علي و معلولي و رتبه‌بندي ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي موثر استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش: نتايج نشان‌دهنده آن است كه ابعاد جامعه و مشاركت سازماني و شاخص‌هاي تشكيل كارگروه، پشتيباني مديريت ارشد، انتظار جامعه از شركت و آموزش و تربيت زيست‌محيطي به ترتيب بيش‌ترين وزن و بالاترين اهميت را در اين صنعت دارند.

Purpose: Green supply chain management is based on both integrating the supply chain management and environment management, controls the environmental effects of products in their life cycle via sharing the information and coordination. The main objective of this study is to evaluate and rank the "Green Supply Chain Management" in the petrochemical industry, as well as identification of sub-indicators of these major dimensions as research sub-goal. Methodology: In order to achieve the goals and answer the research questions, this research has been done in two steps. In the first step, with the study of scientific literature and the opinion of experts familiar with environmental issues, green supply chain management, and petrochemical industry, the indicators affecting green supply chain management were identified based on the main dimensions of the extracted and the basis for the preparation of the first questionnaire. After collecting and analyzing the data and determining the mean of society and the importance of dimensions and indicators, four of the 5 dimensions and 11 indicators of 22 indices were selected. In the second step, the DEMATEL method was used to analyze the causal and causal factors and to rank the effective dimensions and indicators. Results: The results indicate that the dimensions of society and organizational participation and the indicators of the formation of the working group, senior management support, community expectation of the company and environmental education and training are respectively the most important and the most important in this industry
