تأثير كتابخانه ملي در تحقق اهداف علمي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در وضعيت مطلوب خويش (تحليل ديدگاه استادان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسي)

The Impact of the National Library on the Achievement of the Scientific Goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran in its Desired Status (Analyzing the Viewpoints of Information Science and Knowledge Management Professors)

هدف: هدف اصلي پژوهش، تحصيل وضعيت مطلوب كتابخانه ملي و تحليل نقش آن در تحقق اهداف علمي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. روش: اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و داراي رويكردي كيفي است. روش آن تحليل مضمون با استفاده از مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته است و نمونه‌گيري با روش گلوله‌برفي و به صورت خطي انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش 25 نفر از استادان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسي در دو مرحله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده و مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. پژوهش دو سؤال اصلي دارد: 1. كتابخانه ملي چه راهبردي داشته باشد تا در وضعيت مطلوب اهداف علمي جمهوري اسلامي ايران قرار گيرد؟ 2. اين وضعيت چه تاثيري در تحقق اهداف علمي ايران دارد؟ ابتدا وظايف و كاركردهاي اصلي كتابخانه ملي در مصاحبه با استادان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسي حاصل شد، سپس با مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته شاخص‌هاي مطلوب هر يك از وظايف كاركردي كتابخانه ملي معين و در نهايت با كمك طيف ليكرت، با اهداف كلان سند نقشه جامع علمي ايران تلاقي يافت. يافته‌ها: نشان داد در وضعيت مطلوب كتابخانه ملي، هدف هفتم اين سند يعني «كمك به ارتقاي علم و فناوري در جهان اسلام و احياي موقعيت محوري و تاريخي ايران در فرهنگ و تمدن اسلامي» با نمره 3/79 بيشترين كمك را مي‌تواند از شاخص‌هاي مطلوب كتابخانه ملي به منظور تحقق اهداف علمي جمهوري اسلامي ايران دريافت كند. نتيجه‌گيري:نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كتابخانه ملي مي‌تواند در توسعه علمي كشور، منطبق بر سند نقشه جامع علمي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، نقش تأثيرگذاري داشته باشد.

Purpose: The main purpose of the research is to study the desirable condition of the National Library and its role in achieving the scientific goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method: This research is purpose-oriented, applied and has a qualitative approach. The research method was semi-structured interview using semi-structured interview. Sampling was done using snowball method and linear method. In this research, 25 professors of information science have been selected and questioned in two phases. Research has two main questions: 1. What national and strategic library should be considered in order to achieve the desired goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran? 2. What is the favorable situation of the National Library in realizing the scientific goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran? In this research, through semi-structured interviews, the desirable indicators of each functional function of the National Library were determined and finally, with the help of the Likert spectrum, with the objectives of the macro The Islamic Republic of Iran comprehensive scientific map document has been merged as the most important document of the country's scientific development. Findings: The findings showed that in the favorable situation of the National Library, the seventh goal of this document, namely, "helping to promote science and technology in the Islamic world and revitalizing the central and historical position of Iran in Islamic culture and civilization" with the score of 3.79, can be the most useful instrument of the library. Conclusion: The results indicated that National Library can play an important role to fulfill the scientific goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
