Design A Model For Empowering Naja ‘ S Retireds (Emphasizing Economic Factors

اين پژوهش باهدف طراحي الگوي توانمندسازي بازنشستگان ناجا (با تأكيد بر عؤامل اقتصادي) انجام گرفته است. تحقيق حاضر كاربردي، روش تحقيق آميخته كيفي و كم يبوده است. جامعه آماري شامل 30 نفر از فرماندهان و مديران نيروي انتظام يكه در مراكز امور بازنشستگان، كانون بازنشستگان ناجا، صندوق حبيب ابن مظاهر و اساتيد عضو هيئت علم يدانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين بوده اند و نمونه گيري به روش غيرتصادفي و گلوله برفي بوده است. با توجه به اينكه براي الگوي توانمندسازي بازنشستگان ناجا ( با تأكيد بر عؤامل اقتصادي) ، نيازمند مطالعه دقيق سازمان هستيم. لذا اطلاعات مربوط به اين سازمان از طريق مشاهده، مصاحبه و مطالعه اسناد و مدارك جمع آوري مي گردد. جهت تجزيه وتحليل مصاحبه ها، از روش تحليل محتوا استفاده مي شود؛ و آخرين دستآوردهاي موجود درزمينه ي توانمند سازي، در ادبيات پژوهش، به كمك متاسنتز مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار خواهد گرفت. به منظور اعتباربخشي، از پرسشنامه بررسي اعضا و خبرگان استفاده شده و جهت طراحي الگو و شناسايي روابط ميان ابعاد الگو از روش الگوسازي ساختاري تفسيري استفاده مي شود. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد ابعاد مؤثر بر توانمندسازي اقتصادي بازنشستگان ناجا، به ترتيب: تكريم و ارائه خدمات به بازنشستگان، پرداخت هاي جبراني براي حفظ استانداردهاي زندگي قابل قبول؛ استفاده از تخصص، مهارت و تجربيات بازنشستگان، تناسب طرح هاي بازنشستگي موجود سازمان با شرايط بازنشستگان، مي باشند.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of empowerment of retirees (with emphasis on economic factors). This applied research was a qualitative and quantitative mixed research method. The population of the study consisted of 30 commanders and managers of the law enforcement agencies at the Pension Centers, Naja Retirees Center, Habib Ibn Mazaher Fund and faculty members of Amin University of Medical Sciences. Sampling was non-random and snowball. Given the need for a careful empowerment model for retirees (with emphasis on economic factors), we need a careful study of the organization. Therefore, information about this organization is collected through observation, interview and study of documents.Content analysis is used to analyze the interviews; and the latest empowerment achievement in the research literature will be analyzed by metacentrism.To validate, a member and expert survey questionnaire was used and interpretive structural modeling was used to design the model and identify the relationships among the model dimensions.The results showed that the effective dimensions of economic empowerment of retirees were respectively: honoring and providing services to retirees, compensatory payments to maintain acceptable standards of living; utilizing the expertise, skills and experiences of retirees, matching existing retirement plans with retirees’ conditions.
