مقدمه و هدف طب همواره از موضوعات مورد توجه همه جوامع بشري بوده، در تاريخ اسلام نيز موضوعات و مسايل طبي نيز مورد اقبال مسلمانان بوده، به طوريكه عده اي به نگارش و جمع آوري روايات طبي با روش هاي مختلف پرداختند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبيين فراواني، سيرتطور و چگونگي نگارش كتب طبي منتسب به ايمه(ع)، علل و عوامل آن در طول تاريخ دوران هاي مختلف حديثي انجام شده است. روش بررسي اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي، تحليلي و تاريخي و گردآوري داده ها بر اساس روش كتابخانه اي است. با مراجعه به كتب رجال و فهارس و نيز نرم افزارهاي تراجم و رجال و سايتهاي كتابخانه ملي و آيت الله مرعشي نجفي، كتب حاوي روايات طبي منتسب به ايمه(ع) در طول تاريخ جمع آوري شد و با اطلاعات بدست آمده، سير تطور علل و چگونگي نگارش و انتساب كتب مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. يافته ها اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد، هر چه از عصر حضور ايمه(ع) دور مي شويم نه تنها تك نگاره هاي حديثي در موضوع طب و انتساب آن به ايمه(ع) رونق بيشتري پيدا كرده است؛ بلكه نگارندگان اينگونه كتب علاوه بر روايات به توضيحات روايات و مطالب پزشكي پيرامون آن پرداختند. نتيجه با تكيه بر مطالعات تاريخي و جريان شناسي روشن شد. نگارش كتب طبي منتسب به ايمه(ع) در طي دوران هاي حديثي متفاوت بوده، به طوريكه در دوران متقدم اينگونه كتب توسط محدثين نگارش شده و نام كتاب ها انتسابي به ايمه(ع) نداشتند. در حاليكه با گذشت زمان عنوان كتاب ها به ايمه(ع) انتساب يافت و علاوه بر محدثين ديگران هم به نگارش در اين زمينه پرداختند.

Introduction and aim Medicine has always attracted a lot of attention in all societies and in Islamic history also medical issues were always welcomed in a way that many have spent time writing and collecting medical narrations. This study was performed with the aim of explaining the abundance, evolution process and how to write medical books attributed to the imams, its contributing factors and causes during history and different hadith periods. Analysis method This is a descriptive, analytical-historical study based on library data gathering method.The data was gathered by referring to source books, indexes and source and translation softwares and national library and Ayatollah Marashie Najafi's library's sites, books containing medical narrations attributed to Imams and information facilitates comprehension of evolution process of the mentioned reasons, writings and attributions. Findings This research illustrates as we move away from the era of Imams not only there seems to be a boost in single-unit medical narrations but also those who have endeavoured writing and gathering these narrations seem to include more explanations concerning the related medical topics. Conclusion Relying on historical studies it was clear that writing medical books attributed to Imams during different hadith periods has been different in the way that during early times these books were written by hadith narrators and those books'names were therefore not attributed to Imams whereas during history the same type of books were attributed to Imams and in addition to those mentioned some were also written by hadith narrators and even some other writers.
