بررسي و مقايسه ويژگي هاي مكانيكي و ممانعتي كاغذ سنگي و كاغذ گلاسه

Evaluation and comparision of mechanical and barrier properties of stone paper and gloss paper

كاغذ يكي از مواد اصلي بسته بندي است كه مي تواند از محصول بدون آسيب به كيفيت آن محافظت كند، درحاليكه انعطاف پذير، تجزيهپذير، تجديدشونده و با قابليت چاپ است. اخيرا نسل جديدي از مواد با عنوان كاغذ سنگ وارد بازار شده است كه يكي از موارد مصرف آن در بسته بندي است. در اين مقاله ويژگي هاي مكانيكي، ممانعتي و نوري اين نوع از كاغذ ارزيابي و با كاغذ گلاسه كه نوع باكيفيتي از كاغذ سلولزي است، مقايسه شده است. نتايج نشان دادند كه در ويژگي هاي ممانعتي شامل سرعت عبور بخار آب، عبور روغن و جذب آب كاغذ سنگي تقريبا نفوذناپذير است. مقايسه ويژگي هاي نوري نشان داد كه كاغذ سنگي نسبت به كاغذ و مقواي گلاسه درجه روشني و ماتي كمتر، اما شفافيت بيشتري دارد. مقاومت به پارگي و كرنش كاغذ سنگي بيشتر از كاغذ و مقواي گلاسه است. اما مقاومت كششي و مقاومت به تركيدگي كاغذ و مقواي گلاسه بيشتر از كاغذ سنگي است.

Paper is one of the main packaging materials that can protect the product from damage without sacrificing its quality while being flexible, degradable, recyclable, and printable. Recently, a new generation of materials with the name of the stone paper has entered the market that one of its uses is in packaging. In this paper, the mechanical, barrier and optical properties of this type of paper are evaluated and compared with gloss paper, which is a high-quality type of cellulose fiber paper. The results showed that stone paper is almost impermeable in barrier properties such as water vapor transmission rate, oil passage and water absorption. Comparison of optical properties indicated that the stone paper is less transparent than gloss paper and paperboard, but it is more transparent. The tear strength and elongation of stone paper is more than glossy paper and paperboard. However, the tensile strength and burst strength of gloss paper and paperboard is more than stone paper.
