قواعد عمومي جاري در ساحت تربيت جنسي در فقه تربيتي

Current General Rules in Sex Education according to Educational Jurisprudence

علاوه بر روش هاي خاص و تصريح شده اي كه در تربيت جنسي جريان دارند، قواعد عامي هم هستند كه تكليف تربيتي را در اين ساحت مشخص مي كنند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي تحليلي اين قواعد را مورد بررسي قرار داده است تا در صورت عدم وجود دليل خاص بتوان به اين قواعد تمسك جست. قواعد تسبيب، هدايت، ارشاد، امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، پرهيز از اعانه بر اثم و وقايه از قواعد الزامي اي هستند كه در اين ساحت جريان دارند، چنان كه قاعده اعانه بر طاعت الهي هم از قواعد غيرالزامي جاري در تربيت جنسي است. ارايه آگاهي هاي لازم در ساحت تربيت جنسي، ايجاد گرايش متربي به سمت امور مطلوب شرعي و پرهيز از امور نامطلوب، پيشگيري هاي لازم در تربيت جنسي مطلوب و عدم گناه جنسي متربي بعد از بلوغ از جمله مفاد قواعد الزامي جاري در تربيت جنسي هستند كه در صورت عدم يقين به منجرشدن به گناه جنسي تحت عنوان قاعده غيرالزامي واقع مي شوند.

In addition to the specific and explicit methods used in sex education, there are general rules defining the educational obligation in this area. The present study has examined these rules with an analytical descriptive method so that these rules can be relied upon and resorted to if there is no specific reason. The rules of causation (tasbib), guidance (irshad), enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, avoiding assisting in the perpetration of a sin and protecting oneself against sins are the obligatory rules that apply in this area, just as the rule of assisting in the obedience to God is one of the non-mandatory rules in sex education. Providing the necessary knowledge in the field of sexual education, motivating the trainee towards engaging in desirable religious affairs and avoiding undesirable matters, necessary prevention in desirable sexual education and lack of sexual guilt of a trainee after attaining puberty are among the provisions of the current mandatory rules in sexual education. In case one is not certain that it does not lead to a sexual sin, they fall under the category of non-mandatory rules.
