چكيده فارسي :
كيفيت خدمات مامايي با توجه به ارتباط مستقيم آن با سلامت زنان، دختران و نوزادان اهميت زيادي دارد بنابراين اين پژوهش با هدف طراحي مدلي براي رتبهبندي عملكرد شغلي ماماها در ارائه مراقبتهاي دوران بارداري در مراكز بهداشتي درماني استان كرمان صورت گرفته است.جامعه آماري دربرگيرنده همه كارشناسان خبره بخش ارزشيابي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي استان كرمان در سال 1394 يعني 15 نفر بوده است. كه به روش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي در دسترس همه كارشناسان به‌عنوان اعضاي نمونه گزينش شدند، كارشناسان ميزان ارزشمندي هركدام از معيارها را در برابر معيارهاي ديگر در يك پرسشنامه طراحي‌شده بر پايه مقياس زوجي تعيين كردند و سپس داده‌ها با روش اي اچ پي در نرمافزار اكسپرت چويس 11 مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفت. بر پايه يافتههاي رتبهبندي ماماها معيارهاي «اندازه‌گيري ارتفاع رحم»، «كنترل وزن»، «معاينات فيزيكي»، «توجه به علائم خطر»، «توانايي فيزيكي و آمادگي جسماني»، «كنترل فشارخون»، «سمع ضربان قلب جنين»، «تعيين تاريخ احتمالي زايمان» و «درك و به‌كارگيري تجربه» به ترتيب بالاترين وزن را در ميان معيارها داشتند
چكيده لاتين :
Quality midwifery services with respect to its direct connection to the health of women, girls and infants is very important Therefore, this study aimed to design a model for job performance ranking midwives provide prenatal care in health centers in Kerman province was conducted. The statistical population consists of all certified experts evaluate the University of Medical Sciences Kerman Province in 2015, 15 Person has been chosen. The convenient sampling method all the experts were chosen as the members of sample, Experts have Determined importance of each criterion against other criteria in a questionnaire based the scale Pair wise and data have been analyzed by AHP in the Expert Choice 11 software. Based on the findings of ranking the quality of educational services the maximum weight of the criterion of "Measuring the height of the uterus", "weight control", "physical examination", "attention to warning signs, '' physical ability and fitness", "BP", "auscultation of fetal heart rate," "determine the probable date of birth" and "understanding and application of experience" were respectively the highest weight among the criteria.
