چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلي بررسي ويژگي هاي روانسنجي و ساختار عاملي پرسشنامه شخصيت هگزاكو انجام شده است. مقايسه پرسشنامه هگزاكو با پنچ عامل اصلي شخصيت هدف ديگر اين پژوهش را در برمي گيرد. هگزاكو داري سه فرم متفاوت مي باشد كه در پژوهش حاضر فرم صد سوالي آن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته شده است. اعتبار اين آزمون با بهره گيري از سه شيوه تعيين ضريب همساني دروني عامل ها و رويه ها (آلفاي كرونباخ و مدل گاتمن)، بازآزمايي و ميزان همبستگي با پرسشنامه شخصيتي60-NEO-FFI (اعتبار همگرا) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. جهت بررسي روايي پرسشنامه هگزاكو-100 از دو شيوه آماري تحليل عاملي تأييدي و اكتشافي استفاده شد. افراد نمونه را 502 نفر (270 مرد و 232 زن) از دانشجويان تشكيل داده‌اند، كه به روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس از دانشگاه هاي شهر تهران انتخاب شده بود. نتايج حاصل از تحليل عامل اكتشافي نشان داد كه شش عامل قابل استخراج است، كه با 24 روية كه توسط آشتون و لي پيشنهاد كرده است سازگار نشان مي دهد. هم چنين بررسي تحليل تاييدي نشان داد كه مدل شش عاملي شخصيت هگزاكو از برازش قابل قبولي برخودار است. همبستگي بين پنج عامل اصلي شخصيت كه توسط پرسشنامه نئو اندزه گيري شده بود با پرسشنامه شخصيت هگزاكو بين 0/43 تا 0/73 به دست آمده كه در سطح 0/05 و 0/01 معنادار است. بررسي پايايي پرسش نامه با دو روش مدل گاتمن و آلفايي كرونباخ مقادير بين 62/. تا 74/. به دست آمد كه در سطح 0/01 معنادار است و همچنين نتايج حاصل از باز آزمايي در محدوده 59/. تا 0/81 نيز در سطح 0/01 معنادار گزارش شده است. از كل يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر چنين نتيجه گيري مي شود كه پرسشنامه هگزاكو-100 از اعتبار و روايي قابل قبول و در حد متوسط براي استفاده در جامعه دانشجويان شهر تهران برخوردار است.

Comparison the Hexaco personality
inventory whit five main factors of
personality encompasses the purpose of
this study. Hexaco has three different
forms. In this study a hundred questions
form has been studied. The validity of
this test Was investigated with use of
three methods determination of internal
consistency coefficient of factors and
Procedures (Cronbach's alpha and
Guttmann model) , Retest and the
correlation with personality inventory
NEO-FFI-60 (Convergent validity). For
Survey the Validity of Hexaco test-100
used two of statistical methods
Confirmatory factor analysis and
exploratory. People in the sample have formed 502 person (270 men , 232
women) of students that they chose with
Available Sampling method from
Tehran university. The results of the
exploratory factor analysis showed that
six factors are extracted, is compatible.
As well as confirmatory analysis
showed that six factor model of Hexaco
personality inventory has an acceptable
fitness.The correlation between five
main objective of personality that
Measured by inventory NEO with
Hexaco inventory is between 0.43 up to
0.73 that is meaningful in level of 0.01
and 0.05. From study the reliability of
inventory with two method of Guttmann
model and Cronbach's alpha obtained
amounts between 0.62 up to 0.74 that is
meaningful in level of 0.01 and also the
results of retest in range 0.59 up to 0.81
is meaningful in level of 0.01 . From all
of recent research findings that Hexaco
test-100 has acceptable and intermediate
validity and reliability to use between
students society in Tehran .
