چكيده فارسي :
امنيت همواره از بنيادي‌ترين نيازهاي بشر مي‌باشد و تا اين نياز تأمين نگردد او نمي‌تواند از فضايي كه در آن قرار گرفته، برداشتي مطلوب داشته باشد امنيت محيط زندگي، يكي از مهم ترين عوامل سازنده كيفيت مطلوب در زندگي انسان به شمار مي‌رود. دردهه‌هاي اخير به تدريج سكونتگاه‌هاي غيررسمي به طورعمده درحاشيه كلانشهرها و شهرهاي بزرگ كشورخارج ازبرنامه رسمي توسعه شهري وبه صورت خودرو، شكل گرفته وگسترش يافته است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي امنيت فيزيكي شهر ملاير مي باشد كه به روش توصيفي – تحليلي و استدلالي انجام گرفته است. جمع آوري داده ها به شيوه كتابخانه اي( اسنادي، نقشه، عكس هوايي و . . . ) و ميداني ( مشاهده ، پرسشنامه و مصاحبه ) و تجزيه تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي SPSS ، Excel و Arc GIS صورت گرفته است.. جامعه ي آماري پژوهش، جمعيت شهر ملاير به تعداد 287,982 نفر بوده كه حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 381 خانوار تعيين گرديد. يافته هاي اين پژوهش حاكي از وجود ارتباط ميان سه منطقه مورد مطالعه سرجو، طالقاني و جعفرآباد با احساس امنيت و جرم خيزي مي‌باشد.

Security is one of the fundamental human needs, always; until it is not provided, one can not feel a favorable impression in a place which him located. Environmental security is one of the most important factors creating the desired quality of human life. Gradually, informal settlements have been created and spread mainly in border metropolitan and big cities outside the official program of urban development and automatically, in recent decades. The present study focused on physical security of Malayer City, in descriptive-analytical and reasoning method. Data gathered by library method (documents, maps, aerial photographs, etc.) and field method (observation, questionnaire, and interview), and analyzed by SPSS, Excel, and Arc GIS. Population size was Malayer City with 287,982 people, and the sample size was 381 families, base on Cochran's formula. Marginalization undoubtedly has a close relationship with crime. The findings suggest there is a close relationship between three regions of Sarjo, Taleghani, and Jafarabad with a sense of security and crime rise.
