ارتقاي سرماية اجتماعي در حوزة عملكرد امنيت پليس جامعه‌‌محور، از طريق راهبردها و توانمندي‌هاي مستمر و پايدار در تمام ابعاد مي‌تواند بستر مناسبي براي نظارت، اعتماد، جامعه‌پذيري، جلوگيري از نابهنجاري‌ها و آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي در جهت حفظ نظم جامعه باشد. سازمان پليس مي‌تواند با افزايش و بهبود سيستم پاسخگويي به مردم، نسبت به عملكرد خود در سطح جامعه به افزايش سرماية اجتماعي و بالا بردن اعتماد شهروندان نسبت به سازمان خود كمك كند. عملكرد افزايش امنيت اجتماعي پايدار پليس جامعه‌محور بايد متناسب با فرايند جامعه‌پذيري مسلط در جامعه، در جهت آموزش و نهادينه كردن ارزش‌ها، هنجارها، عرف‌ها، سنت‌ها، و پيامدهاي مثبت جمعي باشد. اين فرايند به مثابة نوعي تأثير عملي سرماية اجتماعي برعملكرد امنيت اجتماعي پايدار پليس جامعه‌محور بر مبناي برقراري كنترل نظم و اعتماد اجتماعي همه‌جانبه و پايدار در جامعه مدني مي‌باشد. بدين ترتيب، در تحليل رابطه‌ي امنيت اجتماعي و عملكرد سازمان پليس بايد نقطه‌ي عزيمت را سطح تحليل فعاليت‌ها، نگرش‌ها و عملكردهاي شهروندان قرار دهيم كه اين نقاط در جهت تقويت امنيت كلي، پايدار و نظم ملي مؤثر مي‌باشد. در اين راستاي يكسري از راهبردها و راهكارها را پيشنهاد داده‌ايم.

ocial capital promotion in the areas of security, community policing, through continuous and sustainable strategies and capabilities could be a proper base in all aspects for monitoring, confidence, socialization, prevention of disorder and social problems in order to maintain order in society. Police organizations can increase social capital and the trust of citizens to their organization, by increasing and improving the system of democratic accountability. In fact, the expansion of community policing performance with the emphasis on cultural and social values, the spread of voluntary associations, social and continuous interactions with citizens play an important role in enhancing social capital and stable social security and capital of citizens in the establishment and maintenance of the order. The performance of enhancing stable social security in community policing must be in line with the prevailing socialization process, in order to train and institutionalization of values, norms, customs, traditions, and collective positive outcomes. This process is like a kind of practical impact of social capital on community policing stable social security performance based on the establishment of a comprehensive and sustainable system control and social trust in civil society. Thus, in analyzing the relationship between social security and the police performance we should make the analysis level of performance, attitudes and practices of citizens, as the starting point; these points are effective in improving the overall and stable security and national order. In this regard, we have proposed a series of strategies and solutions.
