Identifying the educational methods of NAJA staff from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي روش­هاي تربيتي كاركنان ناجا از ديدگاه قرآن كريم انجام پذيرفته است؛ چرا كه تعليم و تربيت انسان‌ها به اخلاق نيكو، هدف بزرگ پيامبر اسلام (ص) بوده است. چنانچه آن حضرت مي‌فرمايند:"من براي زنده كردن مكارم اخلاق مبعوث شده‌ام." روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي-تحليلي (اسنادي) بوده است. ابزار پژوهش نيز فيش‌برداري مي ­باشد؛ لذا يافته ­هاي پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه روش­هاي تربيت از منظر قرآن كريم فراوان است كه از جمله مي‌توان به روش­هاي زير اشاره كرد: انذار، تبشير، تحميل به نفس، تلقين به نفس، محاسبه نفس، الگوسازي، توبه و...

This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the educational methods of NAJA staff from the point of view of the Holy Qur'an, because the education of human beings towards good ethics has been the great goal of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). If the Prophet says: "I was sent to uphold and complement ethical values". The research method was descriptive-analytical (documentary).
