چكيده فارسي :
با وجود اهميتي كه صف و ستاد در كارايي و افزايش بازدهي سازمان دارند، در مواردي مشاهده مي‌شود كه ارتباط بين اين دو واحد دچار اختلال ميگردد. نتيجه اين برخورد غير مطلوب، در پائين آمدن سطح كارايي و اختلال در تأمين هدف خلاصه مي‌شود. با توجه به اهميت اين مبحث، در اين پژوهش به مطالعه وضعيت ارتباطات سازماني بين صف و ستاد در دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي (مطالعه موردي: معاونت آموزشي دانشگاه) پرداخته شده است. بر همين اساس وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب ارتباطات سازماني بر اساس چهار بعد طبق مدل تحقيق، با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بين 210 نفر از 1050 نفر كاركنان صف و 60 نفر از كاركنان ستاد معاونت آموزشي دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه در همه فرضيات پژوهش اختلاف معناداري بين وضع موجود و وضع مطلوب وجود دارد و طبق نتايج به دست آمده وضعيت كاركنان صف بهتر از وضعيت ارتباطي كاركنان ستاد مي‌باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
According to the importance of line and staff personnel in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization, there are some misunderstandings in the relationships of these two groups of personnel.
The final result of this misunderstanding is the decrease of efficiency in an
organization. Based on the significance of this issue, in this research the
relationship between line and staff personnel in comprehensive University
has been investigated. For this purpose the current and desired status of
communications have been asked in a researcher-made questionnaire (with
26 items) and have been distributed among 210 people in line and 60
people in staff in educational vice chancellor domain of Elmi- Karbordi
University of Tehran. The results show that, there is a significant difference
between the current and desired situation in all hypothesizes of the study.
Also based on the results, status of communications is better in line rather than staff personnel.
