مفهوم‌شناسي و واكاوي تبيين مفهوم پليس فرهنگي

The Conceptology and the Interpretation Analysis of the Cultural Police

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين و مفهوم‌شناسي پليس فرهنگي مي‌باشد. پژوهش از نوع مطالعات مروري بوده كه در آن با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به واكاوي و تبيين مفهوم پليس فرهنگي پرداخته شد. نتايج نشان داد ابعاد فرهنگ از منظر برخي صاحب‌نظران به دو بعد مادي و معنوي تقسيم ‌شده است و برخي نيز فرهنگ را شامل ابعاد سه گانة ارزشي، مادي و قانوني مي‌دانند. پليس نيز به‌ عنوان يكي از سازمان‌هاي تأثيرگذار در برقراري نظم و امنيت در جوامع مختلف جايگاه مهمي دارد. نتايج نشان داد كه يك پليس فرهنگي بايد از تعامل و گفتگو با مردم گرفته تا زبان و قوميت‌هاي مختلف را به‌خوبي بشناسد و بتواند به نحو مناسبي رفتارهاي فرهنگي را از خود بروز دهد كه به اين منظور در سازمان پليس توجه به مواردي مانند شايسته‌سالاري، رسيدگي به وضعيت معيشت نيروها و توجه به مسايل مختلف مادي كاركنان و قانون‌گرايي نقش دارند.

The aim of this study was the conceptology and the interpretation analysis of the cultural police. This study was a review study in which the descriptive-analytical method was used to analyze and explain the concept of the cultural police. The results showed that, from some scholar’s point of view, some aspects of culture could be divided into the two dimensions of physical and spiritual. The Law enforcement Force, as one of the influential organizations in establishing order and security in different societies, was of significant importance. The results also indicated that the cultural police should not only interact well with people but also be familiar with different languages and ethnicities. Furthermore, they should be able to appropriately express cultural behaviors. In this respect, some factors including meritocracy, paying attention to the living status of the employees, considering their financial problems, and law played a role.
