ارزيابي تأثير اجتماعي توريسم‌درماني بر شهر اردبيل با محوريت اتباع كشور جمهوري آذربايجان

The evaluation of the social effect of medical tourism on the Ardebil city by focusing on the citizens of Azerbaijan Republic

اين مقاله از يك پژوهش كه به‌منظور ارزيابي تأثير اجتماعي توريسم‌درماني بر شهر اردبيل با محوريت اتباع كشور جمهوري آذربايجان و بررسي نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهديدها بر ساختارهاي توريسم‌درماني بر شهر اردبيل انجام گرفت، استخراج شده است. روش آزمون تصادفي ساده است. جامعه آماري شامل پزشكان متخصص كه محدوده جغرافيايي در ميدان سرچشمه اردبيل است و مديران و كارشناسان دستگاه‌ها و ادارات مرتبط با توريسم‌درماني به تعداد 160 نفر بوده كه از بين اين جامعه با استفاده از ابزارهاي گردآوري، بر اساس پرسشنامه ساختارمند و محقق‌ساخته و چك‌ليست SWOT بر مبناي شاخص‌هاي توريسم‌درماني به تعداد 96 نمونه آماري انتخاب شد. در مدل تحليل سوات (SWOT) مجموع امتياز وزن‌دار بيانگر اين شد كه توريسم‌درماني شهر اردبيل از لحاظ عوامل دروني در ساختار اقتصادي داراي ضعف، در ساختار اجتماعي / فرهنگي داراي قوت، در ساختار زيرساختي داراي ضعف و در ساختار مديريتي / نهادي داراي ضعف است. مجموع امتياز وزن‌دار بيانگر اين شد كه از لحاظ عوامل بيروني در ساختار اقتصادي داراي قوت، در ساختار اجتماعي / فرهنگي داراي قوت، در ساختار زيرساختي داراي قوت و در ساختار مديريتي / نهادي داراي قوت است.

This article has been taken from a study that had been performed in order to investigate the social effect of medical tourism on Ardebil city with centrality of citizen of Azerbaijan Republic and investigating the strengths and weaknesses, opportunity and threats on structures of medical tourism in Ardebil. Test method is simple random. Statistical population includes specialist physicians that geographical areas are Sarcheshmeh square, Ardebil, managers and office experts related to medical tourism that they all were 160 people and there had been selected 96 statistical samples by using gathering tools according to a structure and researcher made questionnaire and SWOT check list based on indices of medical tourism from this population. In SWOT analyzing model, weighted score set indicated that medical tourism of Ardebil is weak in economical structure, it is strong in cultural/social structure, it is weak in infrastructure and it is weak in institutional/managerial structure. Weighted score set showed that regarding external factors, it is strong in economical, cultural/social, infrastructure and institutional/managerial structures.
