تبيين نقش پليس در تحقق مؤلفه‌هاي بيانيۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي

Explaining the Role of the Police in the Realization of the Components of the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution

با توجه به وارد شدن انقلاب كبير اسلامي به چهل سالگي دوم و اهميت اين برهه از تاريخ، رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي بيانيه اي راهبردي در خصوص گام دوم انقلاب ارائه كرده اند كه همه سازمان ها، به ويژه پليس، بايستي در تحقق اهداف بيانه صادره اهتمام داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي نقش پليس در تحقق مؤلفه هاي بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي انجام پذيرفته است. روش مطالعه حاضر به صورت كتابخانه اي و اسنادي است؛ به اين صورت كه با مراجعه به بيانات مقام معظم رهبري مطالب استخراج شده است. در قسمت نتايج پژوهش، ابتدا به ارائه مؤلفه هاي بيانيه گام دوم پرداخته ايم، سپس ضمن تبيين و تشريح اين مؤلفه ها، نقش پليس به عنوان يكي از بازوان اجرايي حكومت مركزي و همچنين به عنوان يكي از نيروهاي در خط امامت و ولايت را ارائه كرده ايم. نتايج نشان مي دهد بيانيه گام دوم به لزوم سهيم نمودن مردم در اقتصاد و كاستن از تصدي گري دولت اشاره مي كند و در صورتي كه دولت در دهه پنجم انقلاب اسلامي به اين مسأله توجه كافي داشته باشد، قدمي بلند در نيل به اقتصاد مقاومتي خواهد برداشت. رهبر معظم انقلاب در اين بيانيه به افتخار به گذشته و نگاه به آينده اشاره دارند و توجه به مؤلفه هاي اين بيانيه و تلاش براي تحقق محورهاي اين بيانيه مي تواند موجبات رشد و شكوفايي و پيشرفت آحاد مردم و همچنين سازمان پليس را فراهم آورد.

Considering that the Great Islamic Revolution has entered the second forty years and the importance of this era in the history is obvious, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has issued a strategic statement regarding the second phase of the Revolution, stating that all organizations, especially the police, should make efforts to achieve the stated goals. The present study aims to identify the role of the police in the Realization of the components of the statement of the second phase of the Islamic Revolution. The study was done by library sources and documents; so that the contents have been extracted by referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader. In the conclusion, we first present the components of the statement of second phase of the revolution, then while explaining these components, we present the role of the police as one of the executive forces of the government and also as one of the forces in the Imamate and Velayat path. The results show that the statement of the second phase points to the need for sharing people in the economy and reduce the government ownership. If the government pays enough attention to this issue in the fifth decade of the Islamic Revolution, it will take a big step towards achieving a resistance economy. In this statement, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution refers to the honor of the past and the view of the future. Paying attention to the components of this statement and trying to realize the items of this statement can cause the growth and prosperity of the people as well as the police organization.
