تبيين انديشه‌هاي انتظامي- امنيتي مقام معظم رهبري، فرماندهي كل قوا بررسي موانع پذيرش فناوري نانو جهت ارتقاي سلامت، بهداشت و ايمني (مطالعه موردي: فرماندهي انتظامي استان همدان)

Investigation on the Barriers to the Adoption of Nanotechnology for Promotion of Health, Hygiene and Safety (Case Study: Hamadan Police Command)

فناوري نانو به‌عنوان يكي از دستاوردهاي عصر حاضر تأثير بسياري بر زندگي بشر، از جمله در حوزۀ سلامت و ايمني، گذاشته است. توجه به اين مقوله در ناجا در حد انتظار نبوده است و آماد و پشتيباني نيروي انتظامي به‌عنوان پشتيباني كنندۀ اصلي ناجا بهرۀ كمي از اين فناوري در محصولات حوزۀ ايمني، بهداشت و سلامت برده است. استفاده از اين فناوري در نيروهاي مسلح، به‌ويژه در بخش آماد و پشتيباني، نه تنها حفظ كيفيت اقلام و كالاها و افزايش عمر و ماندگاري آن‌ها را تضمين مي­ كند، بلكه موجب صرفه ­جويي فراوان در منابع مالي و انساني مي‌گردد. در اين مقاله، كوشيده شده است دلايل كندي استقبال و رويكرد ناجا به اين فناوري را بررسي نماييم. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش، سي نفر از مديران لايۀ مياني فرماندهي انتظامي استان همدان براي اين پژوهش انتخاب شدند كه به صورت مصاحبه نظرات آنها جمع‌آوري گرديد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه ضعف آشنايي با اين فناوري، عدم اطمينان به نتايج اعلام شده، قيمت اوليۀ بالاتر، ريسك ناپذيري، اطلاع‌رساني ضعيف در خصوص محصولات از سوي توليد كنندگان، از مهم‌ترين دلايل كندي رويكرد به اين فناوري بوده است.

Nanotechnology as one of the achievements of the present age has had a great influence on human life, including in the field of health and safety. Attention to this issue in NAJA has not been as expected, and the readiness and support of the police as the main supporter of NAJA has benefited little from this technology in products related to safety, health and health. The use of this technology in the armed forces, especially in the field of readiness and support, not only ensures the preservation of the quality of items and goods and increases their life and durability, but also saves a lot of financial and human resources. In this study, we have tried to examine the reasons for the slow acceptance and approach of NAJA to this technology. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, thirty middle-ranged managers of the Hamedan Police Command were selected for this research, and their opinions were collected in an interview. The research findings showed that the weakness of familiarity with this technology, uncertainty about the announced results, higher initial price, risk-taking, poor information about products by manufacturers have been the most important reasons for the slow approach to this technology.
