بررسي نقش پليس در تحقق اخلاق‌ اسلامي در فضاي مجازي (مبتني بر منظومة فكري و بيانات مقام معظم رهبري)

(Investigation on the Role of Police in the Realization of Islamic Ethics in Cyberspace (Based on the Intellectual System and Statements of the Supreme Leader

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش پليس، در تحقق اخلاق‌ اسلامي در فضاي مجازي مبتني بر منظومه فكري و بيانات مقام معظم رهبري است‌‌. نياز انسان به امنيت اخلاقي به‌عنوان يك نياز اساسي، و همچنين نياز به امنيت فردي، خانوادگي، اجتماعي، شغلي و... غيرقابل انكار مي‌باشد‌‌. امنيت در اين موارد به هم مرتبط است و عدم برقراري آن ‌مي‌تواند سبب سقوط و انحطاط يك جامعه گردد‌‌. استقرار نظم و امنيت و تأمين آسايش عمو‌مي ‌از وظايف مهي‌ است كه براساس قانون اساسي بر عهدة نيروي انتظا‌مي‌ است‌‌. روش پژوهش، توصيفي-تحليلي و مبتني بر اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و فيلم‌هاي ثبت شده است‌‌. ‌تأكيدات مكرر مقام معظم رهبري بر اهميت فضاي مجازي حاكي از آن است كه فضاي مجازي در شرايط حاضر ‌مي‌تواند به‌عنوان «بزرگترين تهديد» يا «بزرگترين فرصت» انقلاب اسلا‌مي ‌به ‌شمار آيد‌‌. قواي انتظا‌مي‌ در اين مورد علاوه برتلاش‌هايي كه در عرصه مواجهه و مقابله با رفتارهاي ضدارزش در محيط‌هاي عمو‌مي ‌دارند؛ در فضاي مجازي نيز، مي‌توانند در زمينه اصلاح رفتارهاي ضدارزش وارد عمل شوند‌‌. بنابراين آنچه كه از نيروي انتظا‌مي ‌طبق فرمايش معظم‌له انتظار مي‌رود، حركت با تحول و حتي پيشي گرفتن از آن است كه دشمن نتواند با چيدن مهره‌هاي شطرنج قدرت استكباري خود، جامعه را با آسيب‌هاي مختلف اجتماعي و فرهنگي، كيش و مات كند‌.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of police in the realization of Islamic ethics in cyberspace based on the intellectual system and the statements of the Supreme Leader. Man's need for moral security as an essential need, as well as the need for individual, familial, social, occupational, etc. is undeniable. Security is interconnected in these cases, and failure to do so can cause a society to collapse and degenerate. Establishing order and security and ensuring public comfort is one of the important tasks assigned to the police force by the Constitution. The research method is descriptive-analytical and it is based on library documents and recorded films. The Supreme Leader's repeated emphasis on the importance of cyberspace suggests that cyberspace can now be considered the "greatest threat" or "greatest opportunity" of the Islamic Revolution. In this case, the police forces, in addition to the efforts they make in the field of confronting and counteracting anti-values in public, they can also take action in cyberspace to correct anti-values. Therefore, what is expected from the police force, in accordance with the Supreme Command, is to move forward and even surpass the enemy's ability to manipulate the chess pieces of its arrogant power, to confuse society with various social and cultural harms.
