نقش HSE (ايمني، بهداشت و محيط‌زيست) در نت نيروهاي مسلح (موردمطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي همدان)

The Role of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Maintenance and Repair Unit of the Armed Forces (Case Study: Hamadan Police Command)

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش HSE (ايمني، بهداشت و محيط‌زيست) در نت نيروهاي مسلح در راستاي توسعۀ پايدار و افزايش بهره‌وري است. جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش 33 نفر از كاركنان شاغل در معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ف.ا.ا. همدان بود، كه با روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماري انتخاب شدند. اين پژوهش ازنظر روش‌شناسي، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است و بر اساس زمان جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، از نوع پژوهش‌هاي مقطعي بود. جهت نرمال بودن داده‌ها از آزمون كولموگروف–اسمرينوف(k-s) استفاده شد. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده با نرم‌افزار spss نسخۀ 20 تجزيه‌وتحليل شدند و با تدوين ابزار پرسشنامه، نسبت به اجراي آن اقدام شد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از اين است كه بين نقش HSE در نت نيروهاي مسلح رابطه وجود دارد. در ارتباط با رابطۀ بين HSE در نت نيروهاي مسلح سازمان بايد اهداف بهداشت شغلي و ايمني مدوني در هر بخش و سطحي در درون خود كه مرتبط باشد، ايجاد كرده و برقرار نگهدارد و هنگام تعيين و بازنگري اهداف خود الزامات قانوني و ساير الزامات، خطرات (عوامل زيان‌آور) بهداشتي ـ ايمني و ريسك‌ها، گزينه‌هاي فن‌آوري، الزامات مالي و عملياتي و بازرگاني خود و نيز نظرات طرف‌هاي ذينفع را در نظر گيرد.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Maintenance and Repair Unit of Armed Forces for sustainable development and productivity. The statistical population of this study is 33 employees working in the deputy of Hamedan Police Command (HPC) which were selected as a statistical sample by cluster sampling method. Based on the time of data collection, this research is methodologically a descriptive correlational study. This study was a cross-sectional research. Kolmogorov-Smrynov (K-S) test was used for data normality. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20. an‎d by compiling the questionnaire tool, it was implemented. The results indicate that there is a relationship between the role of HSE among the Armed Forces. Regarding the relationship between HSE in Maintenance and Repair Unit of Armed Forces, it should establish and maintain codified occupational health and safety goals at every relevant department and level within itself, and when setting and reviewing its goals, legal and other requirements, it must consider the health-safety hazards (harmful factors) and risks, technological options, its financial, operational and commercial requirements, as well as stakeholder views.
