تحليل عملكرد شركت هاي تعاوني كشاورزي بر پايداري اشتغال روستايي (نمونه ي موردي: شهرستان كاشان)

تعاوني هاي كشاورزي اهرمي مناسب براي توسعه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و ابزاري در گردآوري نيروها و منابع توسعه به شمار مي آيند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحليل عملكرد شركت هاي تعاوني كشاورزي برپايداري اشتغال روستايي در شهرستان كاشان هست. تحقيق حاضر ازنظر هدف كاربردي از لحاظ جمع آوري داده ها ميداني و ازنظر ميزان كنترل متغيرها از نوع توصيفي – تحليلي محسوب مي شود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي تعاوني هاي روستايي فعال در سطح شهرستان كاشان مي باشدكه شامل 400 نفر اعضا و مديران تعاوني هاي كشاورزي كاشان مي باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه اي به تعداد196 نفر محاسبه شده كه از اين تعداد 30 نفر از مديران و مسئولين اجرايي تعاوني هاي كشاورزي و كارشناسان ادارات مربوطه و 166 نفر اعضاي فعال 4 تعاوني كشاورزي اين شهرستان مي باشند. روايي ظاهري و محتوايي ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از ديدگاه افراد صاحب نظر درزمينه تعاوني و كارآفريني در اداره تعاون روستايي و همچنين نظرات اساتيد محترم تعيين گرديده و جهت پايايي آن از روش آلفاي كرون باخ استفاده شد. ضريب آلفاي كرون باخ در پرسشنامه اعضا 0/81 و پرسشنامه مسئولين 0/87 به دست آمد كه مبين پايايي سوالات است. براي سطح معناداري ازآزمون همبستگي پيرسون و براي ترسيم نقشه نيز از نرم افزار GIS استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش درمجموع تعاوني هاي كشاورزان كاشان در ايجاد اشتغال و كارآفريني نقش كاملا مثبتي ندارند. نتايج همبستگي نيز نشان مي دهد دومتغيره جنسيت و تحصيلات در ايجاد اشتغال و كارآفريني نقش مثبتي دارند ولي متغير سن رابطه معناداري با اشتغال و كارآفريني ندارد.

Agricultural cooperatives lever for economic development and social development are instrumental in gathering the forces and resources. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of agricultural co-operatives is the stability of rural employment in the city of Kashan. This study in terms purpose, in terms of data collection field and in terms of the control of the cross - country. The study population included all rural cooperatives operating in the city of Kashan Kashan which has 400 members and managers of agricultural cooperatives is that using Cochran's formula was calculated sample size of 196 people. Of which 30 managers and executives and experts of relevant departments of agricultural cooperatives and agricultural cooperatives in the city are 166 active members 4. Face and content validity using the viewpoints of experts in the field of cooperative research tool and entrepreneurship professors in the Department of Rural Cooperatives as well as comments and determine their reliability Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient member questionnaire was 0.82 and 0.87 officials representing the reliability of the questionnaire questions. After data collection, data processing and statistical tests were performed using SPSS software. Also, for a significance level of Pearson correlation test was used. GIS is used to map the software. The results of this study, a total of Kashan agricultural cooperatives in job creation and entrepreneurship are not very positive role. The results also show that bivariate correlations gender and education and entrepreneurship play a positive role in job creation but significant relation between age variable is employment and entrepreneurship.
