طراحي مدل اندازه گيري چابكي با استفاده از روش فراتركيب (مطالعه موردي در سازمان مديريت پسماند شهرداري شيراز)

Using Lucas Experimental Method to Investigate the Relationship between Exchange Rate Overshooting and Business Cycles in Iran

بايد مختص سازمان طراحي شود زيرا از طرفي ساختار، فرهنگ، استراتژي ها و اهداف از سازماني به سازمان ديگر متفاوت است و از ديگر سو نياز سازمان هاي مختلف به چابكي نيز متفاوت است. مدل حاضر توجه به ويژگي هاي سازمان مديريت پسماند شهرداري شيراز بومي سازي شده و براي اندازه گيري سطح چابكي فعلي اين سازمان مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. با توجه به كيفي بودن ماهيت پژوهش براي طراحي مدل، روش فرا تركيب مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در ابتدا مدل هاي چابكي مختلف مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و با استفاده از روش فراتركيب ابعاد و مولفه هاي اندازه گيري چابكي سازمان استخراج شده است. معيارها و مولفه هاي اصلي مدل عبارتند از: محرك ها، توانمند سازها، قابلييت هاي كليدي و راهبردهاي چابكي ، تعيين سطح چابكي مورد نياز، اهداف چابكي و نتايج چابكي. سپس تمامي سطوح مدل (سه سطح معيار، زيرمعيار و نكات راهنما) با استفاده از روش گروه متمركز نهايي شده و ابزار اندازه گيري چابكي سازمان بر اساس سطح سوم مدل(نكات راهنما) طراحي شده است. در نهايت سطح چابكي سازمان مديريت پسماند شهرداري شيراز به وسيله ي اين مدل توسط ارزيابان سازماني مورد سنجش قرار گرفت كه نتايج ارزيابي نشان مي دهد سطح چابكي سازمان مديريت پسماند شهرداري شيراز در حال حاضر متوسط مي باشد.

Among the current production management issues, the ability to handle the unexpected changes, survive the unexpected threats in the business market and suitable use of environmental fluctuation as an opportunity are the most challenges of the production organizations. This ability is agility. The first step to achieve the agility is to measure the current agility level of organization. As each organization has its own structure, culture, strategies, and goals, the agility differs from one organization to others. Furthermore, the required agility level differs from one organization to another regarding the competitive environment in which they compete. In this paper, a model presented in order to measure the agility level in Shiraz municipality waste management organization. Based on this goal, first through the comprehensive literature review, different agility model studied and relevant dimensions and components of agility measurement model extracted using the meta-synthesis method. The main criteria and the principal components of these models include Agility drivers, agility enablers, key capabilities, agility strategies, required agility level, agility goals, and results. Then all levels of the model (three levels) have been Finalized using Focus Group method and the agility measurement tools designed according to the third level of a model (Guide tips). Finally, the agility level of Shiraz municipal waste management organization measured and results show a moderate level of agility in this organization.
