راﺑﻄﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑﺤﺚ ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار اﺳﺖ. ﮐﺎرﮐﺮد اﺻـﻠﯽ ﻣﻨـﺎﻃﻖ روﺳـﺘﺎﯾﯽ، ﮐﺸﺎورزي اﺳﺖ.ﮐﺸﺎورزي از دﯾﺮﺑﺎز در روﺳﺘﺎﻫﺎي زرﯾﻦ دﺷﺖ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در اﻗﺘﺼﺎد روﺳـﺘﺎﯾﯽ داﺷـﺘﻪ اﺳـﺖ و ﺑـﻪ ﻫﻤـﯿﻦ دﻟﯿـﻞ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﭘﺎﯾـﺪار در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺧﺴﻮﯾﻪ از ﺗﻮاﺑﻊ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زرﯾﻦ دﺷﺖ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي اﺟﺮاﯾـﯽ آن ﺑﺎ روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺶ و، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ روﺳﺘﺎﻫﺎي دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺧﺴﻮﯾﻪ ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ 9 روﺳـﺘﺎ اﺳﺖ )N=2735ﺧﺎﻧﻮار ( ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ 352 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬـﺎ ﺑـﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي ﻃﺒﻘـﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ 0/84ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧـﺮم اﻓـﺰار SPSS و آزﻣﻮن Tﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي و روﯾﮑﺮد آﻣﺎري ﻣﺪﻟﺴﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري )SEM( اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻠﻪ از اﺟـﺮاي ﻣﺪل ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار AMOSE ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾـﺪار روﺳـﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 57/. ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري از اراﺿﯽ، ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﮕﯽ اراﺿﯽ، ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ آﺑﯿﺎري اراﺿﯽ، اﺷﺘﻐﺎل در روﺳﺘﺎ و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در روﺳﺘﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﻮن t ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ ﺧﺎك، اﺷﺘﻐﺎل و درآﻣﺪ و ﻣﯿﺰان رﻋﺎﯾﺖ اﺻﻮل ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﻬـﺮه ﺑـﺮداري از زﻣـﯿﻦ، ﻣﺼـﺮف ﻧﻬﺎده ﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﺎورزي وﺗﺮوﯾﺞ و ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨـﺪي در ﺣﺎﻟـﺖ ﻧﺎﭘﺎﯾـﺪار و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫـﺎي ﺳﯿﺴـﺘﻢ آﺑﯿـﺎري اراﺿـﯽ، ﺳـﻄﺢ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد، ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺰاﺳﯿﻮن و ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺗﺎﺣﺪي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ.

One of the main arguments related to development of agriculture and rural development in the context of sustainable development. agriculture Is main function of rural areas. Agriculture has long been in the villages of region have an important role in the economy rural and therefore is of great importance. The purpose of this study, analysis on sustainable rural development with emphasis on sustainable agricultural in rural sector areas Khosuyeh of functions county zarindasht. Methods In this survey,is analytical and solidarity. The sample is all villages Khosuyeh that included 9 villages (2735N = households )which uses Cochran formula, sample of 352 people between them have been selected using stratified sampling. determine Cronbach's alpha coefficient respectively the 84/0 reliability. Analysis of data was performed with SPSS software and one-sample T-test and statistical approach of structural equation modeling (SEM) The results of the implementation of the model using AMOS software showed that the correlation coefficient between the two variables, the sustainable development of agriculture and rural development is /57 Due to factors such as the Style Use of land, Territorial integrity, irrigation system, employment in rural areas and facilities in the villages. Also, showed results of the one-sample t-test that the variables of Soil resources stability, employment and income, and the principle of stability in steady state operation, the index variables of land, and promoting the use of agricultural inputs and satisfaction and unsustainable irrigation system variables, performance, mechanization and sustainable water resources in the state are somewhat stable.
