ارائه يك روش تركيبي از ANP خاكستري و شش سيگما و TRIZ جهت اولويت بندي پروژه هاي شهرداري تهران

Derivation of a Combined Method from Grey ANP and SIX SIQMA and TRIZ in Order to Prioritize Tehran Municipality Projects

امروزه با توجه به مشكلات روز افزون مسائل كيفي كه در سازمان ها بوجود آمده است، در اين پژوهش برخي از اين مسائل و مشكلات در شهرداري تهران در بوته آزمايش قرار داده مي شود. ابتدا تعداد زيادي پروژه كه نياز به بهبود دارند، تعريف مي شوند. با يكي از روش هاي تصميم گيري چندگانه MCDM بنام ANP اولويت بندي مي شوند، سپس مهمترين پروژه انتخاب مي شود. براي انجام اين پروژه مشكلاتي بوجود مي آيد كه بخشي از اطلاعات آنها شناخته شده و برخي ناشناخته است. براي شناسايي و انتخاب مشكلات از سيستم هاي خاكستري استفاده مي شود و مهمترين مشكل با استفاده از « درجه امكان خاكستري » كه از روش هاي نوين تصميم گيري و ارزيابي رياضياتي داده هاي مبهم و غير قطعي است، پيدا مي شود. مشكل شناسايي شده، با استفاده از متدلوژي شش سيگما و چرخه DMAIC تجزيه و تحليل وآناليز مي شود. با استفاده از نمودار پارتو و نرم افزار Minitab علل اصلي موضوع مشخص شده و سپس حل مي شود. در انتها با استفاده از تكنيك هاي خلاقانه و ابداعي حل مسائل TRIZ را بهبود داده مي شود.

Nowadays based on increasing problems of quality issues in organizations and problems and difficulties which occur in organizations decided to describe and evaluate some of the problems and difficulties of the Tehran municipality in this paper. At first, will define large amounts of such projects which need improvement and priorities those with one of the methods of MCDM named ANP. It chose the most important project. To implement this project will face some known and some unknown problems. To identified and selected the problems used grey systems and found the most important problem by using grey degree possible which is one the newest decision making and mathematical evaluation techniques of indefinite and undefined data. Six Sigma is one of the most powerful tools and techniques for solving problems. The identified problem will be evaluated and analyzed by DMAIC cycle and six sigma methodology. By using PARETO chart and Minitab software main reasons of the subject are specified and solved then. improve it by using creative and inventive techniques of TRIZ problem-solving at last.
