ﭘﯿﺪاﯾﺶ ﻓﺮﺻﺘ ﻬﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اي در ﮔﺮو اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺑﺰار ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ.ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﮐﺮدن روﺳﺘﺎﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ رﺳﺎﻟﺖ و اﻫﺪاﻓﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ،ﮔﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻠﯽ و ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻠﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺸﺎورزي و روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﯾﺠﺎد اﺷﺘﻐﺎل ﭘﺎﯾﺪار،ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺿﺎﯾﻌﺎت ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ.ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ درروﺳﺘﺎﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺆﺛﺮي درﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻠﯽ و ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻠﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زرﯾﻦ دﺷﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ داده ﻫﺎي دﺳﺖ اوﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ .ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ را ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻮارﻫﺎي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زرﯾﻦ دﺷﺖ)7927ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪﮐﻪ ازﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 310 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد30ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺟﻬﺖ وزن دﻫﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺗﺎﭘﺴﯿﺲ ﻓﺎزي اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي وزن دﻫﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ از ﻣﺪل F.AHP اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻧﻘﺸﻪﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ARC GIS اﺳﺘﻔﺎدهﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺧﺴﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ وزن0/920ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد و ﺗﺎﺳﯿﺲ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻠﯽ و ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻠﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن را دارا ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و دﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي زﯾﺮآب ﺑﺎ وزن 0/665 ،اﯾﺰدﺧﻮاﺳﺖ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن 0/618دﺑﯿﺮان ﺑﺎ وزن 0/276و اﯾﺰدﺧﻮاﺳﺖ ﺷﺮﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن 0/148ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺎي دوم ﺗﺎ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ.

New opportunities to develop the local and regional development depends important the use of tools industry. With regard to the mission and objectives of industrialization of rural areas that will be followed, is essential step towards rural sustainable development. an‎d complementary conversion industries of the factors contributing to the sustainable agricultural and rural development and employment creation, reducing losses of agricultural products and ultimately food security. Industrial development in rural areas, according to existing facilities could will have an effective role in rural development The research method in this study is descriptive - analytical and is based on data firsthand. The statistical population of the study consists of all supervisors of rural households in Zarrin Dasht (7927 people). Of which, 310 questionnaires were completed by simple random sampling using Cochran formula. Also, 30 questionnaires were completed by experts for weighting indices. Analysis of the results was performed using fuzzy TOPSIS techniques for weighting the indices of AHP model is used for mapping and GIS ARC software is used. The results of this study indicate that Khoshvyyeh village with the value of 0.920 CI has the best position to create and establish conversion and complementary industries in the county and Zirab villages with a CI value of 0.665, western Izadkhast with a CI value of 0.618 with teachers The CI 0.276 and the Eastern Izadkhast with a CI value of 0.148 rank second to fifth respectively.
