بررسي تأثير امنيت حق مسكن بر كيفيت زندگي روزمره‌ي ساكنان محدوده‌ي اوزون‌تپه بومهن: يك بازانديشي انتقادي

Investigation on the effects of housing rights on the quality of daily life in ozoon tapeh

به موازات رشد ابرشهرها، فقر شهري در كشورهاي جهان سوم افزايش‌يافته. تامين حق سكونت در سكونت‌گاه‌هاي غيررسمي مي‌تواند زمينه‌ساز بهبود محيط زندگي فقرا باشد و در صورت تأمين حق سكونت و منابع لازم آنان قادرند شرايط مسكن و زندگي خود را ارتقاء بخشند. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي تأثير امنيت حق مسكن بر كيفيت زندگي در سكونت‌گاه‌هاي غيررسمي است . تحقيق حاضر توصيفي – تحليلي است و از روش پيمايشي و اسنادي براي جمع آوري داده‌ها استفاده شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش نمونه موردي اوزون تپه مي‌باشد كه بر اساس سرشماري سال 90 جمعيت جمعيتي بالغ بر 5000 نفر مي‌رسد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 248 نفر به‌دست آمد و به‌منظور دسترسي به جامعه آماري از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري تحقيق پرسشنامه است كه از اعتبار صوري برخوردار است و ميزان پايايي آن نيز 0.76 است. براي تبيين يافته‌ها از آزمون رگرسيون و همبستگي استفاده شده است. طبق آزمون‌هاي آماري بين تأمين حق سكونت و همه‌ي ابعاد كيفيت زندگي رابطه‌ي معني‌داري وجود دارد. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان داد كه تأمين حق سكونت تنها در يك بعد يعني بعد ادراكي توانسته تاثير چشم‌گيري را در وضعيت اين قشر ايجاد كند.

As megacities grow, urban poverty would increase in the Third World countries. Providing the rights to reside in informal settlements can help the poor population improve their living environments, and if the residence rights and resources are secured and supplied for them, they will be able to upgrade their housing and living conditions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of housing security on the quality of life in informal settlements. This research is Descriptive-analytical based research. Surveying and Documentary method was adopted to collect the data. The statistical population in Ozoon Tappeh, based on 2011census data, reaches 5,000 people.The sample size using Cochran''s formula was obtained 248 people. A simple random sampling method was applied to access the statistical population. The data collection tool was a designed questionnaire with a stability of 0.76 percent. To explain the findings, regression and correlation tests have been used. According to statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between the provision of the rights of residence and all aspects of the quality of life. The findings of this research illustrated that providing housing rights only in perceptual dimensions could have a significant effect on the status of this stratum.
