طراحي و اعتباريابي مدل اجراي خط ‌مش‌هاي تعاون روستايي در راستاي سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي

The Construction and Personal Experience of Professors and Experts in Rural Cooperatives Policy on Successful Implementation of Rural Cooperative Policies in association with Resistance Economy

اگر الگويي موفق در اجرا وجود داشته باشد، بدون شك مي‌توان انتظار شكوفايي و توسعه همه جانبه را داشت. بنابراين پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارايۀ يك چارچوب نظري و مدل پارادايمي از برساخت‌هاي شخصي اساتيد و خبرگان خط‌مش‌گذاري تعاون روستايي كشور به دنبال ارايه نظريه بومي و اعتباريابي آن در بين اساتيد و خبرگان خط‌مش‌گذاري است. نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي از 20 نفر از اساتيد و خبرگان خط‌مش‌گذاري تعاون روستايي هستند كه مورد مصاحبه واقع شده‌اند و در بخش كمي كه از فرمول جامعه نامشخص تعداد 165 نفر از اساتيد و خبرگان خط‌مش‌گذاري كشور مورد سوال واقع شده‌اند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه چارچوب نظري كشف شده حاصل از اين پژوهش مطرح مي‌كند كه اساتيد و خبرگان خط‌مش‌گذاري تعاون روستايي كشور قابليت‌ها و پتانسيل‌هاي بالايي براي تبيين اجراي موفق خط‌مش‌هاي تعاون روستايي در راستاي اقتصاد مقاومتي داشته‌اند و از نظر آنان «اجراي موفق خط مشي‌گذاري تعاون روستايي در بستر پيش‌بيني ابزارهاي اجرا و فرهنگ‌سازي، با درگير كردن ذي‌نفعان عمومي و مجريان، ضمن تسهيم آنان در مشاركتي همه جانبه با استراتژي‌هايي چون بهينه‌سازي اقتصاد و توسعه منابع روستايي همسو و همگرا، به توسعه تعاون روستايي بر پايه توانمندي بومي و خودكفايي منجر مي‌شود» و اساساً سطح تعيين كنندگي اجراي موفق خط‌مش‌هاي تعاون روستايي در راستاي اقتصاد مقاومتي منوط به مولفه‌هايي چون؛ پيش‌بيني ابزاري در اجرا، فرهنگ‌سازي، توانمندي بومي، مشاركت فعال، توجيه ذي‌نفعان عمومي، اتكاي به خود، بازخوردهاي مثبت، بهينه‌سازي اقتصاد روستايي، توسعه منابع، همسويي منافع عمومي و فردي، توسعه روستايي و خودكفايي است.
