رابطه سرمايه‌ اجتماعي با مداراي‌ اجتماعي در بين جوانان شهر يزد

The relationship between social capital and social toleration among youth in the city of Yazd

هدف: مداراي اجتماعي بويژه در ساليان اخير از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار شده است. سرمايه اجتماعي نيز از جمله متغيرهاي مهم در تبيين بسياري از متغيرهاي اجتماعي ديگر و از جمله مداراي اجتماعي است. از اين رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه سرمايه‌اجتماعي و مداراي‌اجتماعي در بين جوانان شهر يزد انجام شده است. روش: روش مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه، جوانان شهر يزد در سال 1394 بودند كه 384 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه­ گيري خوشه‌اي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. براي سنجش سرمايه‌اجتماعي و مداراي‌اجتماعي از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. اعتبار ابزار با روش محتوايي و پايايي آن با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مشخص گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد بين سرمايه ‌اجتماعي و مداراي ‌اجتماعي رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود داشت. همچنين ابعاد سرمايه‌ اجتماعي (اعتماد و شبكه‌ها و هنجارها) نيز رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري با مداراي‌اجتماعي داشتند. نتيجه‌گيري: سرمايه ‌اجتماعي نقش مهمي در افزايش مداراي ‌اجتماعي در بين جوانان دارد.

Objective: Social tolerance is particularly important in recent years. Social capital is the most important variable in explaining many other social variables such as social tolerance. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social capital and social tolerance among youth in the city of Yazd. Methodology: The methodology used in this study was correlation. The population was all of youth in the city of Yazd in 2014 that 384 of them were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Questionnaire was used to measure social capital and social tolerance. In this study, validity of the data collection tool was ensured through a content validity and the high Cronbach's alpha for the variables shown in the utility reliability of the research instrument (there was more than 0.7 regarding all the constructs). Results: The results showed a significant and positive relationship between social capital and social tolerance. The dimensions of social capital (social networks, social norms and social trust) also had a positive and significant relationship with social tolerance. Conclusion: social capital plays an important role in increasing social tolerance among youth.
